are living in Irrigon Mobile
Park and have no power. She
also believes there is no food
in the house.
MCSO received a
report from a 15-year-old
ca ller that her c o u s in ’s
boyfriend in his 2()s touched
her leg inappropriately while
driving in Washington. The
call was transferred to
Washington State Police.
MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrigon
stating that she was having
work done on her residence
and had given the worker
two blank check in which he
had written them for a total
o f $1389.15.

Sheriff's Report
The Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office reports han­
dling the following business:
July 24: MCSO
made a traffic stop in
Heppner and determined the
juvenile was violating curfew
and outside his restrictions.
The parents advised they
would pick him up. He was
also given a warning for
failure to signal and to fix his
license plate light that was
out.
M CSO, Heppner
ambulance received a report
from a caller in Heppner that
an 11-year-old fell and hit her
head
and w as
have
convulsions. She was not
bleeding at the time, but had
blurry vision and her eyes
would roll back.
MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrigon
that a red vehicle was parked
at the bank for several days
and then a blue vehicle drove
in and subjects transferred
stuff from one car to the
other and now the blue
vehicle is there and has been
parked there for several
days. The ca ller wanted
deputy contact.
MCSO received a
report that a suspicious male
k eep s w alk in g by her
residence slowly. She did not
want deputy contact, just
wondered if patrol car could
drive through a couple of
times.

MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrigon
that some time during the
night about $500 was taken
from his boat.
MCSO received a
report from a caller in lone
that her friend had had a
stroke a few days before and
had never been taken care of.
The caller feared that her
friend is home just lying
there. The friend was not
answering her phone and had
not made contact since the
stroke.
MCSO advised that
due to the current theft
problem s at the Irrigon
Marina, the graveyard shift
w ould be d o in g extra
patrols.
MCSO received a
request for a welfare check
from a caller in Irrigon. The
MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrigon
that she believes someone
keeps trespassing on her
property and is p ossib ly
going into the house. She
does live in a trailer park and
said it could possibly be a
neighbor, but there are six
females living alone in her
house. She would like extra
patrol in the area.
MCSO received a
report from Oregon City PD
that Billy J. Baker, 20. was
arrested on an Irrigon Justice
Court warrant for Failure to
Pay Fine/Theft III.
