July 25, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. at
the North Morrow County An­
nex in Irrigon, Oregon.
Land Partition LP-S-365:
Pamela Wunderlich, applicant,
and R ic h a rd and V irginia
Wilkinson, owner. Property is
described as tax lot 3000 of
A ssessor’s Map 2S 27. The
property is zoned Exclusive
Farm Use (EFU) and is locat­
ed approxim ately five miles
southeast of Heppner on Wil­
low Creek Road. Request is to
partition an 872 acre parcel
into two parcels, each meeting
the minimum parcel size. Cri­
teria for approval include Mor­
row County Subdivision Ordi­

Transportation System Plan
Amendment: Morrow County,

road to minor collector. Crite­

tion System Plan.

dinance Amendment: Morrow
County, applicant. The first of
at least three hearings to con­
sider changes to the Morrow
County Zoning Ordinance rel­
ative to the siting of manufac­
tured homes, temporary resi­
dence requirements, storage of
manufactured homes, and the
use of recreational vehicles.
Recommended to be changed
are Article 4 Sections 4.110
through 4.150 and Article 3
Use Zones Section 3.051. Cri­
teria for approval include the
Morrow County Zoning Ordi­
nance Article 8 Amendments
Section 8.050 Burden and Cri­
teria.
Opportunity to voice support
or opposition to the above pro­
posals or to ask questions will
be provided. Failure to raise an
issue in person or by letter or
failure to provide sufficient
specificity to afford the deci­
sion maker an opportunity to
respond to the issue precludes
appeal to the Land Use Board
of Appeals based on those is­
sues.

The S.S. caller said she was
going to issue two new cards
and that all people had to do
it and then requested banking
information. The Heppner
resident refused to give the
information and the caller
from S.S. hung up on her.

that Travis L. Grigsby, 26,
was arrested on an Irrigon
Justice Court w arrant for
Failure to Appear/Driving
while Suspended. Grigsby
w as lodged at U m atilla
County Jail on local charges

Cleary, 45, was cited for
Violation of the Speed Limit,
112 mph in a 65 mph zone.
MCSO cited Craig

Violation of the Basic Rule,
82 mph in a 55 mph zone.
MCSO had a traffic

requested K-9 deployment.
Possession of Less than One

located and a citation was

that two male suspects (one
Hispanic, one w hite) just
broke into his car and stole
money. One was bald and the
other had black hair. One was
wearing a “wife beater" shirt
over shoulder and the other
was wearing a sweatshirt.
