Hall, the Heppner Common
Council will hold a public hear­
ing on the adoption of Ordi­
nance Number 558-06, an or­
dinance allowing truck drivers
owning their own trucks to
park their trucks at their homes
with certain restrictions and
declaring an emergency. Cop­
ies of the ordinance are avail­
able at City Hall for public ex­
amination.
This is a public meeting were
deliberation of the Common
Council will take place. Any
person may appear at the meet­
ing and discuss the proposed
ordinance with the Council.
