Sheriff's Report
The Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) re­
ports handling the following
business:
Nov. 19: -BPD received a
report about a verbal dispute
between a male and a female.
-BPD received a report that

issued a citation for going 80
mph in a 65 mph.
-BPD received a report that
a male attempted to break
into the reporter’s vehicle.
-HA were on stand by at the
Fair Grounds for the football
game.
-HFD assisted a small fire at
the transfer station on Hwy
74 betw een H eppner and
Lexington.
-BA assisted a patient who
ingested fumes of vigorox.
-M CSO received a report
that the reporter’s husband
was overdue home. Subject
was w orking in Spray,
tra v e lin g hom e to La
Grande.
-MCSO received a report
that Seaside PD arrested
Lloyd Frank Boerste, 37, on
an IJC warrant for driving
under the influence.
-MCSO received a report
about a Canada goose that
c o u ld n ’t fly, because of
possibly hurt leg.
-M C SO
receiv ed
an
anonymous call reporting
eight juveniles and one adult
having a party.
-MCSO received a report
that a fem ale heard two
males talking outside her
residence. Subject didn’t see
anyone.
-MCSO received a report
that La Grande PD arrested
Timothy F. Johnson, 39, on
an IJC warrant for failing to
appear for not having a tag
for a sturgeon.
Nov. 20: -MCSO arrested
Jacqueline Marie Smith, 43,
on an UCSO w arrant for
POCS.
-M CSO received a report
that HPD arrested Richard
Lawson, 50, on a MCSO
warrant for failing to pay fine
for an g lin g p ro h ib ited
method.
-M CSO received a report
that the reporter’s dog is
getting out because a female
dog is coming around their
re sid en c e .
R ep o rter
req u ested a d v isin g the
owner of the female dog and
keeping her in their yard.
-MCSO received a report of
a possible car fire on 184
eastbound near Hwy 730.
The report turned out to be
a motor blown, not a fire.
-MCSO received a report
that a 16-year-old female had
chest pains and numbness in
her legs.
-MCSO received a report
that Umatilla PD arrested
Santos Will Guardado, 41,
on an IJC warrant for failing
to pay fine for driving while
suspended.
Nov. 21: -MCSO received a
report from Richland PD
that they had a bounced 911
that had a man requesting
help. Richland PD reported
that the call was very broken,
but they did get the longitude
and latitude coordinates.
-M CSO received a report
that a dog showed up at the
re p o rte r’s residence. The
reporter believes the dog is
being starved.
-M CSO received a report
that two telephone poles
around 200 yards apart,
were burned on the bottom
and wire hanging.
-MCSO received a report
that John Wilbur Best, 53,
was issued a citation for
driving uninsured.
-MCSO received a report
about an alarm going off at
the front door of American
O nion. The alarm was
accidental.
