their graffiti removal project
on Aug. 18.
A graffiti removal
system which includes a
pressu re w asher, soda
blaster and a large capacity
water container, along with
the capability of heating the
water, was acquired through
a grant from the state that the
gang task force applied for.

victim before any graffiti can
be removed. Victims may

The groom-elect is a 2001 graduate of Heppner
High School. He attended Mt. Hood Community College
in Gresham and is currently co-owner/operator of his own
business, along with his cousin Kent Bloodsworth, in
Eugene.
The bride-elect is the daughter of James and Tami
Johnston of Troutdale. She is a 2001 graduate of Reynolds
High School in Gresham. She attended college at Mt. Hood
Community College and Central Washington College in
Ellensburg, WA. This fall she will be pursuing a bachelor’s
degree in elem entary education at W estern Oregon
University in Monmouth.
