July 23: MCSO received report from a female caller in Boardman who claimed that laughter woke her up to find three males sleeping on the floor of her bedroom. MCSO cited Janet Elaine Coe, 59, to appear in Heppner Justice Court for Violation of Basic Rule 77/ 55. MCSO received report from a Heppner caller that water overflow was making all the pipes in her house to back flow into her house. She states she was told last week that it was the city’s fault that the roots were making her pipes back up.
