On Sunday. May 22. 2005
in the early morning, the ashes
of Joyce Dinkins were scattered
by plane in the Brooks Range
o f northern Alaska, west of
Double Mountain on a tributary
o f the Sheenjack River She
joined those of her husband
Hal It was a clear blue sunny
day with Dali sheep on the
m ountain
Her daughter
Cy nthia Brown, and grandson
Jay Brown were able to fulfill
her final wish
Joyce passed away peace
fully at home in Heppner on
April 12. Her family thanks

every one at Pioneer Memorial
Hospice especially her hospice
nurse Donna Schonbachler,
phy sician's assistant Sheridan
Tarnasky. and Dr Datta for all
their care and attention to her
final needs.
The family is also very
grateful for the friends w ho vis

flowers in the three months of
her illness. She loved Heppner
and all her friends at golf,

nior Center. She is greatly
missed.
