Heppner advances to second round of state playoffs
Mustangs turn defensive in shut-out of Bulldogs, 34-0

Earning their fourth

Heppner Mustangs defense
carried them to a 34-0 win
over the v isiting N yssa
B ulldogs, in the second
round o f the US Bank/Les

playoffs on Saturday, Nov.
20 .
The Mustangs, 7 and
3 on the year, won their
seventh straight game and
advanced to the quarterfinals
for the sixth straight year
They will have another home
game on Saturday, Nov 27
at 1 p.m against the Lost
River Raiders, who beat
defending champion Amity
17-0 on Saturday.
