DA’s Report
Kenneth Freda was convicted of Interfering with a
Peace Office, a Class-A misdemeanor. Freda was sentenced
to 365 suspended days in jail, 24 months bench probation,
40 hours of community service and payment of $126 in
fines and fees.
Thelma Gay Roubidoux admitted to violation of
probation allegations for Possession of a Controlled
Substance. Roubidoux’s probation was revoked and
reinstated and she was sentenced to five days in jail and a
six month probation extension from original expiration
date.
Nicolas Tony Ray Robbins admitted to violation
of probation allegations for Assault in the Fourth Degree.
Robbins’ probation was revoked and reinstated with an
extension of six months from date of original expiration.
H eather M ichelle Ju arez was co n v icted o f
U nlaw ful E ntry o f a M otor V ehicle, a C lass-A
misdemeanor. Juarez was sentenced to 18 months bench
probation. Juarez was also convicted of Possession of a
Controlled Substance 2, a Class-C felony. For this charge
her driver’s license was suspended for six months and she
was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation with 30
days in jail, 80 hours of community service and payment
of $914 in fines and fees.

County Scholarship Trust
Board of Directors will be
having their fourth annual
golf tournament on Monday,
May 17, at 9 a.m . The
to u rn am en t w ill be at
Willow Creek Country Club
in Heppner and the cost is
$45 per person.
The tournament will
be a four-person, best ball
scramble. Lunch and cost of
the course is included in the
$45 charge. All proceeds go
to H eppner and lone
graduates for scholarships.
