pner Cemetery Maintenance
District, Morrow County, State
of Oregon, on the budget for
the fiscal year July 01, 2004
to June 30, 2005 will be held
on May 19th, at 7:00 p.m., at
171 Linden Way, Heppner,
Oregon (Columbia Basin Elec­
tric Co-Op conference room).
The purpose of the meeting is
to receive the budget message,
discuss the proposed budget,
and hear public comments on
same.
A copy of the budget docu­
ment may be inspected or ob­
tained at the meeting, or after
May 19th at 180 Rock Street,
Heppner, Oregon, between the
hours of 5:30 p.m. and 8:00
p.m. The proposed budget is
for a one-year period, and will
be prepared on a basis of ac­
counting that is consistent with
the basis of accounting used
during the preceding year.
This is a public meeting
where deliberation of the Bud­
get Committee will take place.
Public questions and com­
ments are invited.
