year July 1, 2004 to June 30,

Annex, 205 N. E. 3rd St., Irri­

will take place on the 21st day
of April, 2004, at 7 pm. The
purpose of the meeting is to
receive the budget message
and to receive comment from

in Grant County, Oregon. The

Projects. The preferred alter­
native is alternative 5, which
includes the harvest of 122
acres of dead and dying trees
that are a result of the Dou-
glas-fir tussock moth outbreak
of 2001 and 2002 as well as
804 acres of commercial thin­
ning and 40 acres of non-com­
mercial thinning. The decision
will include a site specific For­
est Plan Amendment that would
redws^Jhe habitat effective­
ness index from 70 to 67 for
this project only.
