heard an alarm at the sewage
treatment plant in Heppner. It
was detemiined that everything
was okay and that it was
machinery making the noise.

report from a caller at Kegler’s
in Irrigon that her boyfriend
had just assaulted her. The line
was dropped before more
information could be obtained.
