The position will be responsible
for the maintenance and up­
keep of the grounds and build­
ings at the Fair and Rodeo and
other County facilities. Pre­
ferred applicant will have skill
and experience in: carpentry,
basic electrical wiring, HVAC
and plumbing, grounds keeping
and backhoe operation. Must
have valid driver’s licence.

from a caller in Boardman that
a dog almost bit a juvenile.
Tommy R. Ayers, 46, was cit­
ed for Maintaining a Dog as a
Public Nuisance and Failure to
Register Dog.

Police Dept, received a report
o f shots fired in Boardman. It
was determ ined subject(s)
were shooting at skunks.
-MCSO deputy cited
a male subject for Driving
while License Suspended and
No Insurance. The vehicle
was impounded.

Clough, 26, was arrested on
a MCSO warrant for Failure
to Pay Fine/Failure to Appear.
She was cited and released.
M ay 30: MCSO re­

Hermiston Police Dept, that
Lawrence A. Perrin, 26, was
arrested on an Irrigon Justice
Court warrant for Failure to
Appear/DUII. He was cited
and released.

Police Dept, received a re­
quest for an officer contact
regarding the caller’s girlfriend
who was kicking him in the
face and then out of the house.
It was determined the caller
was in violation o f a no con­
tact order w ith the subjects in
the house. The caller was ar­
rested on Violation o f a No
Contact Order and lodged at
the Umatilla County Jail.
-MCSO received an
abandoned 911 call from a
residence in Heppner; dis­
patch could hear a female sub­
ject yelling at a male subject
before the phone hung up. It
was a verbal disturbance.
-All offices and au­
thorities received a Homeland
Security Alert advising a threat
level down from a High Or­
ange to an Elevated Yellow.

State Police, UC Army Depot
Fire Dept, received a relayed
report o f flames coming from
under a vehicle on 1-84 west­
bound; two occupants were
out o f the vehicle. The Army
Depot Fire Dept, responded.
-MCSO, Boardman
Police Dept, received a report
o f a subject all o ver the road
on 1-84 eastbound. Wherrthe
caller attempted to pass it ap­
peared the subject was sleep­
ing at the wheel.
-M CSO received a
report o f a driver in Irrigon
who was Driving while Li­
cense Suspended plus her 4-
year-old son was not in a re­
straint and was all over the
vehicle.
-MCSO deputies ad­
vised they were in enroute to
a location to investigate mari­
juana growing. It was deter­
mined to be for medical use.
-M CSO received a
request for a deputy contact
in Boardman for possible tres­
pass onto the caller's proper­
ty by a vehicle.
-M CSO received a
request for an ambulance in
Irrigon for an 83-year-old
male subject with chest pains.
The patient was transported to
Good Shepherd Medical Cen­
ter in Hermiston.
-MCSO, Hermiston
Police Dept, received a report
o f a vehicle w ith 4-5 subjects
and two females fighting, then
a male subject threw a female
back in the van and left on
Highway 730 eastbound from
Irrigon.
-M CSO received a
re p o rt from a c a lle r in
Hermiston that a female sub­
ject in Irrigon stole her dia­
mond ring w hen she w as at her
residence.

Dept, officer cited Michael
Joseph Montegna, 53, for Vi­
olation the Basic Rule, 48 mph
in a 30 mph zone.
-M CSO received a
walk-in report from a subject
from lone that her son had
been sneaking out at night and
possibly abusing drugs. The
subject wanted him sent to
Juvenile Hall.
-M CSO received a
report from a cal ler in 1 leppner
that three RVs were parked on
a private road oft the Western
Route road about five miles
from the top o f Coalmine.
