The deer was in the road. -M C S O received a report o f a vehicle with two males inside weaving on 1-84 at mp 167. It was determined that a guest was trying to use the phone for internet service. -M C S O received a report o f an audible alarm in Boardman. It was determined that everything w as secure. -M C S O received a 911 hang-up c a ll from a residence in lone. There was no answer on call back. It was determined that this was a weekend home and that no one was there. Everything was determined to be okay. -M C SO on a traffic stop arrested Tommy Jam es Schneider, 24, on a U C SO w arrant for Failure to Appear/ A ssault-IV and Harassment.
