Heppner City Hall
Remodel Project
The City of Heppner is re­
questing proposals from quali­
fied building contractors to de­
velop a set o f specifications,
front elevation drawing! s), and
cost estimate for remodeling
and renovation of the Heppner
C ity H all, 188 W. W illow
Street. A preliminary floor plan
has been prepared by the City
Hall Remodel Committee to be
used by the contractor. Public
Works staff are expected to
contribute significantly to the
d e m o litio n p o rtio n o f the
project.

CONSTRUCTION, but a pro­
posal for the work necessary
to be done to prepare the plans
and specifications to go to bid
and for a cost estimate for the
ultim ate co n stru ctio n . The
work resultant from the suc­
cessful proposer will be used
for presentation to the public
for acceptance, modification, or
rejection of the plans.
Contractor is to furnish a
proposal to the City of Hepp­
ner which will incorporate the
work needed to design the ba­
sic floor plan as developed by
the City Hall Remodel Com­
mittee. Proposal shall state the
qualifications o f the contractor
to provide the working specifi­
cations, cost estim ates and
building construction drawings.
The contractor’s proposal shall
outline the course o f action to
provide the basic design draw­
ings, building and material spec­
ifications. and cost estimates as
well as a proposed time line for
completion. Contractor shall
furnish an estimate o f the cost
to prepare the design drawings,
material specifications, and cost
estimate as part o f the propos­
al.
The successful contractor
will work closely with City Hall
Staff, the City Hall Remodel
Committee, and Public Works
Director to ensure that the plan
o f action and cost estimates
reflect the needs and desires
o f the City o f Heppner.
