It was determ ined to be a civil matter. -M C SO , B oardm an ambulance received a request for an ambulance for a female subject who was unable to get up. The patient was transport ed to G ood Shepherd M edi cal Center in Hermiston. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact from a caller in Boardman re garding his ex-girlfriend taking his stereo. -M C SO deputy cited Miguel Angel Gomez, 34, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 77 mph in a 55 m ph zone. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from Aum sville Police Dept, that Jamie Lee Duff, 24, was arrested on a w arrant for Failure to Pay Fine/D riving while License Suspended. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact from a caller in Boardm an re garding losing her dog; the dog was tied to the bum per o f her vehicle. -M C S O , O reg o n State Police received a report o f a m inivan headed w est bound in the 1-84 eastbound lane. The caller advised the vehicle turned around. R e ceived several 911 calls later that the vehicle was now head ing eastbound in the w est bound lane. M orrow C ounty deputies followed in pursuit to m ilepost 136 where the vehi cle lost control and ended up on its top. A patient was trans ported by Arlington ambulance to M id-C olum bia M edical Center in The Dalles. April 6: M CSO dep uty noticed an open door at the shop next to the Lexington Fire D ept. M C SO w as ad vised the ow ner w as out o f town. The deputy secured the door. -M C S O d e p u ty a r rested George Eugene Ander son, 46, on a Linn C ounty warrant for Failure to Appear/ D riving w hile L icense Sus pended. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C SO deputy gave a courtesy ride to Irrigon to a m ale subject who w as w alk ing along Highway 730. -M C S O , B oardm an Police Dept, received a walk- in report from a subject who h e a rd f o u r g u n s h o ts in Boardm an. The subject later adm itted that he lied because he was scared o f the dark. -M C SO deputy cited M arie B. Jones, 42, for Vio lation o f the Basic Rule, 78 mph in a 55 m ph zone. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon o f the theft o f m o n ey /k id s’ bottle banks som etim e last night -M C S O d e p u ty a r rested a m ale subject on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/ D U II-F e lo n y and D riv in g w hile L icense S uspended- M isdem eanor. O ne vehicle was towed. -M C SO deputy ad vised that a fem ale subject stated she found a ja r o f liquid w ith w hat appeared to be a fuse coming out o f the top. The vehicle w as im pounded. -M C S O re c e iv e d a request for a deputy contact in B o a rd m a n re g a rd in g a problem at work. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from Oregon State Po lice that N olen B rice Brock, 43, w as arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Con tem pt o f C ourt and on local charges. T he patient was transported to G ood Shep h e rd M e d ic a l C e n te r in Hermiston. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f a cow out in Irrigon. The ow ner w as contacted. April 7: M CSO dep uty arrested D uane Randal W hite, 45, for Detention War rant and Driving while License Suspended-Felony, Posses sion o f Less than O ne Oz. M arijuana. The vehicle was tow ed. He w as lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C SO deputy cited M erry Elizabeth Brannon, 35, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 75 m ph in a 55 m ph zone. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f an audible burglar a la rm a t K & L F a rm in Irrigon. The alarm w as later cancelled. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from M orrow Cold Storage in Boardman that a burglary/theft occurred over the weekend. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report o f a p o s s ib le D U II in B o a rd m a n . S c o tt B ra d le y C o lto n , 37, w as c ite d for DUII (BAC .20). The vehicle was impounded. -M C S O , H e p p n e r ambulance, Lexington EMTs received a report o f a flipped- over C essna airplane on the L exington A irport runway. M CSO was advised the inci dent occurred earlier, there were no injuries and the plane had been rem oved. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f two-four juveniles on th e c a l l e r ’s p r o p e r ty in H eppner near the old reser voir. It w as determ ined to be U SFS w orkers doing a fire pack test. -M C S O receiv ed a request for deputy assistance from a caller in lone to remove the caller’s husband who was causing a scene at the resi dence. The couple is separat ing. While on the line, the call er advised the husband was leaving and no assistance was needed. Ken neth Perry Thorp, 46, was ar rested for DUII, BAC-Refusal and Disorderly Conduct. -M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a report o f a possible DUII on H igh w ay 207. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that a resident in her caregiver hom e was being harassed. -M C SO deputy cited Brian William Doherty, 30, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 76 m ph in a 55 m ph zone. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer cited a subject for Speed Racing, another subject for Speed R acing and C are less Driving, and issued anoth er citation for Failure to O b tain O regon O p e ra to r's Li cense. -M C S O receiv ed a r e p o r t fro m a c a ll e r in B o a rd m a n th a t s o m e o n e threatened his life. David Ross Sicilia, 44, w as arrested for H arassm ent and released on h is o w n r e c o g n iz a n c e at Boardman Police Dept, on the condition o f no offensive con tact with the victim and no fur ther violation o f the law. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f dead animal in the fast lane on 1-84 w estbound. It w as a beaver. -M C S O , B oardm an Police Dept, received a hang up 911 call from a location in Boardman. April 8: M CSO dep uty cited Jo n ath an L lanez Ortuno, 19, for Exceeding the M axim um Speed Limit, 86 m ph in a 65 m ph zone. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner that someone was leaving gar bage on his property on Fuller Canyon. -M C SO , Irrigon am bulance received a request for an am bulance from a caller at the Brown’s Truck Stop for an elderly person. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy contact in Lexington regarding a sub jec t throw ing rocks at a City o f Lexington vehicle. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy contact from a caller at Colum bia RV in H e rm isto n reg a rd in g a H eppner resident defaulting on a contract. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller w ho was a s s a u lte d . S te v e n R. W agenblast, 53, was arrested for Assault IV. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner that her driver-side w indow had been broken out today w hile she was at work. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e IXpt. cited Haill Witherspoon, 65, for C rim inal Trespass 1 (citation issued by the UPRR PD). -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy contact in Heppner regarding the call er receiving a bad check. -M C SO deputy cited Tami Jean Foster, 37, for Vi olation o f the Basic Rule, 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO , Services to Children and Families received a re p o rt from a c a lle r in Pendleton that her sister w on’t let her get her daughter and also threatened her. The sister and the caller’s daughter were in Irrigon. The daughter was returned to her mother. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that a male subject threatened him w ith a 2x4. -M C S O dep u ty ar rested Michelene Ann Barron, 25, for Driving while License Suspended. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in lone w hose father and sister had been gone for about an hour to a farm. The caller was w or ried about them as they had been robbed in the past. While the caller was on the phone, they returned hom e. The fa ther advised everything was okay. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer cited Maria Elena M unoz, 37, for F ailure to Obey Traffic Control Device. -M C S O receiv ed a r e p o r t fro m a c a ll e r in B oardm an that his m o th e r’s friend stole her credit card. April 9: M C SO re ceived a report from a caller in Boardman that he had been b e a te n up. C in d y M essersm ith, 42, was arrest ed for A ssault IV /D om estic/ Felony and M enacing. She was lodged at the U m atilla County Jail. -M C S O receiv ed a report from the H erm iston Police Dept, that a reposses sion c o m p a n y had re p o s sessed a vehicle from a sub ject in Irrigon. -M C S O receiv ed a rep o rt o f a horse loose in Heppner. The horse w as lo cated and put into a pen until the ow ner was located. -M C S O receiv ed a report from Yellow hawk Tribal Clinic that a female subject had b e e n b itte n b y a d o g in Heppner. She w as treated at the clinic and then released. -M C SO deputy cited A nita C arol Cooper, 49, for Endangering a Child Passen ger. -M C S O rec e iv e d a hang-up 911 call. April 10: M CSO re ceived a report o f an alarm at the Irrigon Learning Center. It was determ ined to be a false alarm caused by employee er ror. -M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a report from a caller that her ex-boy- friend was trying to rem ove her vehicle. The male subject left the residence. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy contact from the Sentry M arket in Irrigon regarding illegal dump ing and after-hours activities. -M C SO deputies a r rested David A. Ryan, 35, for Possession o f a C ontrolled S ubstance II and Felon in Possession o f a Firearm. -M C SO deputies ar rested Jason John Trickel, 23, on a Violation o f a Release Agreement. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy contact in lone regarding oil missing out o f both o f the fam ily’s ve hicles. , -B o a rd m a n P o lic e D ept, o ffic er cited M artin Davis Myers, 50, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 35 mph in a 20 mph zone. -M C S O received a report from a caller in Heppner o f vehicles driving very fast on Jones Street. -M C SO , Boardm an Police Dept, received a re quest for an officer to respond to her residence; she reported som eone w as breaking into the house that her brother is housesitting in. -M C S O received a report o f an audible alarm at K egler’s M arket in Irrigon. It w as a false alarm caused by employee error. A p r i l 11: M C S O deputy cited M aria D. Ortega Davalas, 27, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 85 mph in a 55 m ph zone and Failure to Maintain Lane. -M C S O received a request for assistance from a caller in Irrigon in getting a ve hicle back from A rizona that he reported stolen three years ago. The caller advised a dep uty had handled the situation and couldn’t enter the vehicle as stolen because the caller’s daughter had given the keys to a subject who then w ent to A rizona. The caller was ad vised o f the location o f the ve hicle. A deputy advised the sit uation actually occurred in Hermiston and was handled by M CSO three years ago. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer arrested John Sam uel W illiams, 39, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Crimi- nal Trespass II, Resisting A r rest and Disorderly Conduct. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact regarding her juvenile daugh ter being stalked by an un known female subject. -M C SO receiv ed a background check on a male s u b je c t fro m C la c k a m a s County. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller in the H eppner area o f tw o strange dogs in the area. The caller was going to attempt to locate the ow ner and call back if needed. -M C SO , Boardm an Police Dept, received a re quest for assistance from a caller in Boardm an to locate his two dogs that w andered off. The dogs w ere located about a half-hour later. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer requested that the M orrow County Road Dept, be notified that a street sign was down. The dept, was no tified. -M CSO , Boardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that her one-year-old son crawled o ff w hile she was doing the laundry. The child was found a few minutes later. -M C SO receiv ed a report o f a vehicle spinning its tires off Patterson Ferry. While on the line the caller said to disregard as the vehicle pulled into a residence and he knows the subject. -M C SO receiv ed a hang-up 911 call from a motel in Irrigon. On the third call back attem pt, it was deter mined all was okay. -B o a rd m a n P o lice Dept, officer cited M ichael Lynn Roe, 57, for Declaration o f Public Nuisance-Vehicle. -M C SO received a report that a 5-year-old girl had not been picked up from school yet. The caller called back and said the parents had arrived. -M CSO deputy cited Jonathan Ray Sw art, 22, for D riving while License Sus pended-Violation and Failure to Register Vehicle. -M C SO deputy ob served a burglary in progress while enroute to serve a civil p a p e r. O re n A n d re w W hitbeck, 39, w as arrested on Probable Cause Burglary II/Criminal M ischief II and on a M CSO C ircuit w arrant for Burglary ILTheft II.
