(on S u n d a y ) Elks hold soccer skills contest Local students inducted into National Honor Roll Dave George, (right) of the Heppner Elks Lodge watches as Tyler Robinson lines up for a shot at the soccer goal Sunday at the football field in Heppner. Robinson was one of the local kids participating in the Elks first soccer skills days. In the seven and under age group first place went to Ross Cutsforth and second place Jason Kendrick. In the eight to nine Garrett Gibbs was first and Larissa G ray second. In the 10-11 age group Tyler Robinson was first and Drew Johnson second. Just like the F.lk’s Hoop Shoot basketball contest first place finishers will advance to district. Sixteen students in M o rro w C o u n ty w e re inducted into the 2002-03 edition o f the National Honor Roll. Students must maintain a B or better average to be eligible for listing.
