Sheriff's Report
The Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) re­
ports handling the following
business:
March 22: MCSO,
Irrigon ambulance received a
request for an ambulance from
a caller in Irrigon for an 84-
year-old female who may have
had a stroke. The patient was
transported to Good Shep­
herd M edical C en ter in
Hermiston.
-MCSO, Boardman
and Irrigon ambulances re­
ceived a request for an ambu­
lance from a caller in Irrigon
fora 12-year-old female with
a history o f brain injury and
surgeries who was having a
seizure. While on the phone,
the subject started becoming
responsive. The ambulance
was cancelled and the father
was going to transport by pri­
vate vehicle.
-MCSO received a
report of an audible alarm at
Kristine’s Inc. in Irrigon. It was
determined to be an error.
-MCSO received a
speech-relayed report from a
caller in Heppner regarding
getting medical and personal
items from a residence at
Blake’s Ranch. The caller was
moving to Hermiston and was
attempting to contact her hus­
band who kept hanging up.
Deputy contact was request­
ed in person, as the caller can­
not hear the phone.
-MCSO received a
request from Union Pacific
Railroad to check on an aban­
doned vehicle on UPRR prop­
erty at the I-84/Heppner Junc­
tion. The caller was advised to
contact Oregon State Police.

from a caller in Boardman that
a Northwestern Tour bus was
leaking fuel. The bus was lo­
cated.

Irrigon for a 93-year-old male
with chest pains. He had tak­
en three nitroglycerins with no
relief. The patient was trans­
ported to Good Shepherd
Medical Center in Hermiston.

Police Dept, received a report
of a burglar alarm at a loca­
tion in Boardman.
-MCSO deputy cited
a male juvenile for Violation of
the Basic Rule, 70 mph in a
55 mph zone.
-MCSO deputy cited
Mark Richard McDonald, 22,
for Careless Driving and Driv­
ing Uninsured.
-MCSO received a
report of loud music coming
from a vehicle.
-MCSO deputy ar­
rested Lilia Irene Mendoza,
25, on an Irrigon Justice Court
warrant for Failure to Appear/
Driving while License Sus­
pended.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrigon
that a vehicle drove over the
neighbor’s lawn.
-MCSO received a
report that a vehicle was found
stripped and pushed down a
bank in Irrigon. The registered
owner was not located.
