dean’s list

the recently completed spring
semester. To be eligible for the
Albertson College dean’s list,
a student must ear a 3.75
grade point average.

flagged down by some one at
the Bowling Alley that a fight
had just occurred between two
male subjects.

abandoned 911 call. On call
back a 10-year-old child
answ ered the phone and
advised that everything was
okay. The child also informed
that the mother did not speak
English.
-MCSO received a

Boardman that a man was
beating a female. The jnale
subject was cited for Assault-
4 Domestic- Felony.
-MCSO cited Keelie
C. Keown, 27, for Violation
o f the Basic Rule, 72 mph in a
55 mph zone.
-MCSO received a
rep o rt from a c a lle r in
Boardman that a vehicle with
kids in it was speeding through
the area hollering. Deputies
were unable to locate the
vehicle.
-MCSO cited Stacy
F. Cooley, 27, for Violation of
the Basic Rule.
-MCSO cited a 23-
year-old subject for Violation
of the Basic Rule, 61 mph in a
45 mph zone.
-MCSO received a
report o f possible MIPs at
Heppner High School. Three
minors were cited for MIP-
Alcohol and one minor was
cited for Providing Alcohol to
minors. A fifth subject, Robert
James Whalen, 18, was cited
for

relayed report from Hermiston
PD that a confused male was
in the carport o f an Irrigon
residence. It was determined
by deputies that the subject
was coming off meth.

burglar alarm was going off at
an Irrigon residence. The
alarm was sounding from the
master bedroom.

report from Bucknum’s in
Heppner that two males were
pulling a female out the front
door.
-MCSO cited Jesus
Cesar Reyes, 32, for DUII,
bac .09. The subject’s vehicle
was impounded.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in lone that
a vehicle was in the ditch
between lone and Lexington
and that no one was around
the vehicle. It was determined
that the car’s driver had driven
off the road to miss a dear.
There was no injury and the

refrloved.
-MCSO received a
report o f a dead deer in the
fast lane on 1-84 EB between
MP 151 and 152.
-MCSO received a
report that Albany PD arrested
Michael Anthony Mooso, 41,
on a Morrow County Circuit
Court warrant for Contempt
o f Court. Subject was lodged
at Linn C ounty Jail but
released due to overcrowding.
-MCSO received a
re p o rt from a c a lle r in
Pendleton that he got a call
from a male in Irrigon that he
was going to hurt a female
subject and kick her out of the
house.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrigon
that there was suspicious
activity going on at the house
next door. There were lots o f
vehicles coming in and out.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller that there
was a man at the westbound
Boardman rest area drinking
beer.

Antonio Chavez Herrera, 22,
for Reckless Driving.
-MCSO received a
rep o rt from a c a lle r in
Boardman that a vehicle was
speeding through the area up
on the bank and almost rolled
the vehicle. Caller advised that
w hen he co n fro n ted the
subject he said that he was
mad because he had just gotten
a citation. See above citation.
-MCSO received a
report form a caller in Irrigon
that the neighbor’s two cows
were out again eating his hay.
The cow ’s owner had been
previously cited for the same
problem.
-MCSO received a
request for a deputy check
from Hermiston PD to help
them locate a vehicle thought
to be at the Irrigon Mobile
Court.
