A public meeting of the Bud­
get Committee of the Heppner
Cemetry Maint. District, Mor­
row State of Oregon, to discuss
the budget for the fiscal year
July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2004
will be held at 369 N. Main,
Heppner, Oregon. The meet­
ing will take place on the 3 day
of June, 2003 at 5:30 P.M.. The
purpose of the meeting is to
receive the budget message
and to receive comment from
the public on the budget. A

from firms engaged in the in­
stallation and cabling of local
voice, data and video networks.
This project is for the installa­
tion of voice; video, and data
cabling to serve a K.-12 edu­
cational environment.
Firms seeking to respond to
the R equest For Proposal
(RFP) must have the ability to
install a detailed cabling imple­
mentation plan for voice, vid­
eo, and data networking at new
school buildings in Boardman
and Irrigon, OR. This cabling
project must be compatible
with the current local area and
wide area network connecting
the site. Deliverables for this
project will include but are not
limited to, a complete set of
blueprints for each site and a
construction RFP
RFP packages, which in­
clude RFP specifications, may
