Paddy J. Howell pled
guilty to contempt of court for
failure to pay child support.
Howell was sentenced to five
years bench probation with
180 days in jail. Two o f the
180 days in jail will be imposed
w ith the other 178 days
suspended. The suspension
was contingent upon the
conditions that the Howell pay
begin and continue to make
monthly support payments,
comply with the foregoing
condition o f probation, and
notify concerned parties within
10 days o f any change in
em ploym ent, address or
phone number.
Leo Degario Campos
adm itted to violation o f
probation. Campos’ probation
was revoked and reinstated
with the same term s and
conditions as previously
imposed with the following
amendment and imposition:
probation is extended for a
period o f tw o years and
Campos will serve two days
in jail.
Scott Evans Bennett
pled no contest to charges of
H arassm en t, a C lass-A
m isdemeanor, and it was
ordered that he was guilty.
Bennett’s case will be treated
as a conditional discharge
upon successful completion of
probation. The Court ordered
that further proceedings be
deferred and Bennett be put
on bench probation for 24
months without entering a
ju d g m e n t o f guilt. The
conditions of probation include
180 suspended days in jail,
upon violation o f a term or
condition o f probation, the
co u rt may en ter an
adjudication o f guilt and
proceed otherwise; and pay a
fee o f $65. Upon the
defendant’s fulfillment of the
term s and conditions o f
probation, the court shall
discharge the defendant and
dism iss the proceedings
against the defendant. A
discharge and dismissal is
without adjudication of guilt
and is not a conviction for
purposes of disqualifications or
disabilities imposed by law
upon conviction of a crime.

work on their smiles and some
of us will be taking donations
for a jowl uplift!
