The Morrow County Sheriff’s
Office (MCSO) reports handling
the following business:
Nov. 26: M CSO ,
Boarxlman ambulance received a
report from a caller at the
Boardman Texaco of a 40-year-
old male having an allergic reac­
tion and hav ing trouble breath­
ing. The patient was transported
to Good Shepherd Medical
Center in Hermiston.
-MCSO received a re­
port from Hermiston Police
Dept, o f a vehicle stolen out of
Umatilla.
-M CSO was advised
that a subject was possibly driv­
ing around the lrrigon area in a
stolen vehicle.
-MCSO deputy report­
ed he was giving a subject a ride
to Boardman from 1-84 east-
bound to get gasoline.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in Heppner that
his vehicle tire was slashed some­
time during the night.
-Boardman Police Dept,
o fficer cited Eliana M aria
Wallwork, 55, for Violation of
the Basic Rule, 40 mph in a 30
mph zone.
-M CSO deputy cited
Duane J. Samsel, 51, for Viola­
tion of the Basic Rule, 74 mph in
a 55 mph zone.
-MCSO received a re­
port that Everardo Gonzales, 29,
was arrested on an lrrigon Jus­
tice Court warrant for Failure to
Pay Fine/Giving False Informa­
tion. He was cited and released.

Police Dept, received a report of
a possible motor vehicle accident
at the S entry M arket in
Boardman. It was determined
there was no accident; the vehi­
cle had lost a wheel at the ele­
mentary school.
-MCSO deputy arrest­
ed Isrrael Salinas Mendez, 27,
on a UCSO warrant for Failure
to Appear/Theft II, and was
lodged at the Umatilla County
Jail.
-MCSO, Oregon State
Police received a report o f a
pickup that spun out and sprayed
the caller and others with gravel.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in lrrigon of a
theft from her residence that oc­
curred sometime today.

Police Dept, received a report
from a caller in New Mexico that
his children had given their moth­
er his phone number and she was
not to have contact with the chil­
dren. At the time of the report,
the female subject was lodged at
the Umatilla County Jail.
-MCSO received a re­
port from the lrrigon Fire Dept,
o f a controlled bum on Highway
730, lrrigon.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in lrrigon that
someone was whistling in her
yard and the dog was barking.
Deputies were unable to locate
anyone.

port from a caller in lrrigon of an
on-going driving complaint with
a female subject who is rude,
keeps pulling out in front of oth­
er vehicles and yells out her win­
dow.
-MCSO received a re­
port from Mid-Columbia Bus
Co. in Boardman that a truck did
not stop for bus lights the previ­
ous day.

Police Dept, received a report
from a caller at Riverside High
School in Boardman of a minor
three-vehicle accident in the
parking lot. There were no inju­
ries and the vehicles were not
blocking anyone.
-MCSO received a re­
port o f an audible alarm at the
lrrigon Learning Center. It was
determined to be a false alarm.
-MCSO received a re­
port o f a Ford Ranger in the ca­
nal.
-MCSO received a re­
quest for a records check from
the Pendleton Recruiting Station.

Gamaliel Flores, 25, for Open
Container and Failure to Wear
Seatbelt.
-MCSO deputy cited
Benjamin Carrillo Cruz, 22, for
Failure to Wear Seatbelt.
-MCSO received a re­
port from UCSO that Daryl Ed­
ward Grossman, 39, was arrest­
ed on a Morrow County Circuit
Court warrant for Failure to Reg­
ister as a Sex Offender, C Felo­
ny and A Misdemeanor. He was
lodged at the Umatilla County
Jail.
-MCSO received a re­
port from Oregon State Police
that Robert Daryl Cate, 31, was
arrested on an lrrigon Justice
Court warrant for Failure to Pay
Fine/Driving while License Sus­
pended.
-MCSO received a re­
port of a theft o f a firearm from
the store window from Heppner
Hardware.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in lone that her
infant was not breathing. The
child began breathing while the
caller was on the phone. The in­
fant was transported by private
vehicle to Pioneer Memorial
Hospital in Heppner.

Police Dept, received a report
from a caller in Boardman that
her vehicle was stolen and the
named suspect possibly heading
to California.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in lrrigon that
her medications were missing
from her purse.
-MCSO deputy arrest­
ed Marcy Beth Jacobs, 40, on
an lrrigon Justice Court warrant
for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving
while License Suspended.

quest from a caller in lrrigon for
an extra patrol in the area as she
has seen a pickup driving slowly
past her house.
Nov. 28: Boardm an
Police Dept, officer advised he
was responding to a vehicle stuck
in the sand behind a residence.
Christine Powell, 32, was arrest­
ed for Possession o f a Con­
trolled Substance and Distribu­
tion o f a Controlled Substance
and had a hold in place for Clark
County, WA. She was lodged at
the Umatilla County Jail.
-MCSO received a re­
quest for a deputy for a deer that
needed to be put down.
-MCSO, Heppner am­
bulance received a report of a
medical alarm at a residence in
Heppner. It was determined to
be a false alarm.
-MCSO deputy arrest­
ed Holly Ann Maek, 32, for Pos­
session o f a Controlled Sub-
stanee II and on a Umatilla Coun­
ty warrant for Failure to Pay
Fine/DUD. She was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail. Brian Keith
Carman, 34, was arrested for
Possession of a Controlled Sub­
stance 11 and on a Umatilla Coun­
ty warrant for Contempt o f
Court. He was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in lrrigon that
her keys were locked in her car.
Dispatch offered to call a lock­
smith but the offer was declined.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in lrrigon that
his neighbor’s semi had been run­
ning all day and he couldn ’t sleep.
-MCSO received a re­
port from DHS that ajuvenile had
been missing for a half an hour.
The juvenile was found at a res­
idence in Hermiston.

ambulance received a report o f
a 28-year-old female with severe
abdominal pain. The patient was
transported to Good Shepherd
Medical Center in Hermiston.
-MCSO deputy cited
Martin Martinez Perez, 21, for
Open Container; cited Miguel
Murillo, 27, for Open Contain­
er; and cited Juan Martinez, 19,
for Giving False Information to a
Police Officer.
-MCSO received a re­
layed report from the Hermiston
Police Dept, of a female subject
in lrrigon being harassed by her
boyfriend. The boyfriend broke
a window at her residence.
Nov. 29: MCSO re­
ceived a report from a caller in
lrrigon of two suspicious males
who had been seen in a person’s
back yard and who now were
walking towards Division Street.
-MCSO, lrrigon ambu­
lance received a request for an
ambulance from a caller in lrrigon
for a 77-year-old female who
had collapsed. No transport was
made.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in Heppner of
a deer in her yard. The caller was
concerned for the deer’s safety.
It was determined that kids
chased the deer away.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Heppner that two
young subjects jumped over the
USFS fence off Chase Street. A
deputy was unable to locate the
subjects but thought they had just
passed through.
-MCSO received a re­
port from Pioneer Memorial
Hospital that an assault victim,
possibly beaten w ith a pipe, had
come into the emergency room.
-MCSO received a re­
quest from a caller in Heppner
for a welfare check on her daugh­
ter in Heppner. It was determined
all was okay and the daughter
was going to call her mother.
-MCSO deputy report­
ed that a runaway juvenile was
seen at the juvenile’s father’s res­
idence.
-MCSO received a re­
port of a driver all over the road
in lrrigon.
-MCSO received a re­
quest for a deputy contact from
a caller in Heppner regarding her
son and an assault that occurred
today.
-MCSO, lrrigon Fire
Dept, received a request to re­
spond to an illegal bum in lrrigon,
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller who had lost
her dogs in the Potlatch area.
-MCSO received a re­
port of an alarm at a residence in
Boardman. It was determined to
be a false alarm; kids were play­
ing and set it off.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in lrrigon that
her father’s shed had been bro­
ken into and tools stolen.
-MCSO, Heppner am­
bulance received a report from a
caller in Heppner that suspects
from an assault that occurred to­
day were at his mother’s resi­
dence. A male subject had cut
forearms but refused treatment.
-Philbert Dean Lossing,
19, was arrested for Theft I/Bur-
glary II and lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail. A stolen ri­
fle was recovered.
-Craig M. Scott, 19,
(date o f birth 5/31/83), was ar-
rested/cited and released for As­
sault III.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in Boardman
of two juvenile males attempting
to get into a window at the Moro
Estates. It was determined to be
kids playing.
-MCSO deputies cited
Onofre Oronia, 20, was cited for
Operating without Required
Lighting.
-MCSO received a re­
quest for a deputy contact in
Boardman regarding the caller’s
sister’s ex-boyfriend calling and
threatening/harassing her.
-MCSO deputy on 1-84
eastbound requested an ambu­
lance for a 1 -year-old infant who
was having seizures. The patient
was transported to Good Shep­
herd M edical C en ter in
Hermiston.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in Heppner of
juveniles slamming doors and
yelling.
-MCSO deputy cited
Joseph Daniel McNamee, 21,
for Eluding-Vehicle.

Police Dept, officer arrested Julie
Lee Buckles, 33, for Possession
of a Controlled Substance-II/
DUII, and cited for Driving while
License Suspended and No In­
surance. She was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail. The vehi­
cle was impounded.
-MCSO received a re­
quest for a deputy contact in
Heppner regarding a stolen rifle.
-MCSO deputy report­
ed a broken window at the Vid­
eo Store in Heppner. It did not
appear to be caused by a bur­
glary.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller that she found
a bag with a digital camera in it;
the bag appeared to have been
run over.
-MCSO received a re­
port o f a rollover semi truck ac­
cident on Shobe Canyon south
of Heppner. It was a non-injury
accident and the driver refused
medical attention.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in lrrigon that
there was an abandoned vehicle
on his property. It was deter­
mined the vehicle had been sto­
len out of Umatilla. Arrangements
would be made to pick it up.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in lrrigon of a
suspicious vehicle that appeared
to be high-centered. The owner
was contacted and they will
move the vehicle.
-MCSO received a re­
port from a caller in lrrigon that
his bike was stolen sometime last
week.
-MCSO deputy arrest­
ed Jesus Llamas, 20, on an
lrrigon Justice Court warrant for
Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while
License Suspended.
-MCSO received a re­
port from the Forest Grove Po­
lice Dept, that Efren Vega
Dolores, 26, was arrested on and
lrrigon Justice Court warrant for
Failure to Appear/Driving while
License Suspended, No Insur­
ance. Dolores was lodged at the
Washington County Jail.

Police received a report from a
caller in lrrigon of several juve­
niles fighting in a yard. While on
the line, the caller advised all the
subjects involved left the area.
-MCSO received a re­
port from OSP in Hermiston that
Jesse Allen Getz, 28, was arrest­
ed on a warrant for Failure to
Appear/Criminal Mischief II. He
was lodged at the Umatilla Coun­
ty Jail.

port from a caller on Highway
730 that two vehicles were go­
ing at a high rate of speed.

ined the caller’s tire while trying
to fix it.

eastbound at the Port o f Mor­
row exit. The hazard was re­
moved.
