received a report from a caller in
Boardman that her daughter
would not return home. Caller
fequested officer contact.
Oct. 18: MCSO cited
Fred Silva, 39, for Driving while
Suspended.

report from a caller that a semi­
truck was weaving in and out o f
traffic.
-M C S O ,
Irrigon
Ambulance received a request for
an ambulance for a terminal,
mental female. Caller said more
would be explained later.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report o f lum ber in both
westbound lanes o f 1-84.
-M C SO r e c e iv e d a
report from a caller in Boardman
that someone stole some parts o f
his truck.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report that a vehicle did a spin
out and u-tum in front o f another
vehicle on Riverside in Heppner.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
request for contact regarding
ille g a l burning o f tires in
Boardman.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report that someone on 1-84 cut
a hole in the fence at the wild life
refuge.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report from a caller in Heppner
requesting extra patrol due to
suspicious vehicle activity and
large numbers o f juveniles.

regarding possible drug activity.
Caller would give no further
information.
-MCSO received a 911
hand up call from a payphone in
Irrigon. Was unable to locate
caller.

Guadalupe Perez, 39, for Public
Nuisance/Unreasonable Noise.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report that loud m usic was
com in g across the canal in
Boardman. Unable to locate
noise.
-M C SO r e c e iv e d a
request for a welfare check up
on caller’s father’s roommate
who cannot take care o f himself.
DHS was called and notified.
-M C SO r e c e iv e d a
report o f an alarm in Boardman.
Back door was ajar, building was
secured.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report o f a family disturbance at
the Irrigon annex.
-M C SO receiv ed an
anonymous report o f a possible
DUII. Caller said driver smelled
o f alcohol and slurred speech
before he drove off. Subject was
headed towards the Port o f
Morrow building.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report from a Boardman caller
that the caller’s brother was
trying to break her door down.
Subject was removed from the
p roperty and arrested for
Trespass and Harassment.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report o f an alarm from an Irrigon
residence.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report from a Heppner caller that
c o w s w ere lo o s e at the
Fairgrounds and heading towards
the h ig h w a y . C o w s w ere
contained at the parking lot and
the owner was contacted.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report from a Heppner caller o f
smoking coming form the NW
side o f Black Mountain. It was
determined to be a controlled
bum.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report o f a caller in Heppner
reporting she w as assaulted.
There were no injuries and the
parties had separated.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report from a caller in Boardman
reporting she had been assaulted
and that the subject had taken his
clothes and left the residence.

subject for Permitting Unlawful

report from an unknown male
caller experiencing an anxiety
attack. He advised he was feeling
better and hung up.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report from a caller in Irrigon that
a dog had been ran over in front
o f her house. A dvised the dog
may need to be put down.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
request for a welfare check from
a caller in California, reporting that
his eight-and-a-half-year-old
daughter had called him from
Irrigon s a y in g th ere w ere
suspicious circumstances. He
requested a welfare check on his
three children.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d a
report that a sem i-truck had
rolled over and the driver was
trapped and injured.
