low Street regarding violations of
City Ordinance No. 474, an Or­
dinance Abating Nuisance for
Accumulation of Solid Waste
and Fire Hazards.

nate parental rights filed against
you on August 22, 2002, in the
above-entitled court, the Morrow
County Circuit Court on Decem­
ber 12, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. If you
fail to appear in court, the court

er than 30 days from the date the
petition is filed, each person
about whom allegations have
been made in the petition must

The petition seeks termina­
tion of your parental rights to the
children, Lyndall Ann Reed and
Markus Allen Reed, and perma­
nent commitment of the children
to the care and custody o f the
State of Oregon, Department of
Human Services, with authority
