PUBLIC NOTICE IS HERE­
BY GIVEN, that on October 18,
2002, the Board of Commission­
ers (the “Board”) of the Port of
Morrow, Oregon (the “Port”) will
hold a special meeting commenc­
ing at approximately 9:00 a.m.
The public meeting will be held
at the regular meeting place of the
Board, at the offices of the Port,
located at Two Marine Drive,
Boardman, Oregon 97818.
The purpose of the meeting
is to consider an ordinance or res­
olution authorizing the proposed
issuance by the Port o f up to
$25,000,000 Revenue Bonds, in
one or more series, for the pur­
pose o f refunding certain out­
standing obligations of the Port,
financing a portion of the costs
of equipping, improving and ex­
panding the Port’s cogeneration
facilities located in Heppner, Or­

Irrigon
ambulance received a report from
a caller in Irrigon of an 11-year-
old female having a seizure; she
was semi-conscious. No transport
was made.

Police, Irrigon am bulance
received a report o f a motor
vehicle accident on Highway 730
by Patterson Ferry. Two patients
were transported to Good
Shepherd Medical Center in
Hermiston.
-MCSO deputy assisted
a motorist with a lost load on
Highway 74 north of Heppner.
-MCSO received a
request for a deputy contact
regarding cows taken during the
fair.
-MCSO received a
report of an overdue boater due
at the Boardman Marina. The
boater was located and towed to
the marina.

report from a caller in Boardman
that her son was beating on her
and her husband. Christopher
Schneider, 19, was arrested on
charges of Assault IV Domestic
(x2), Harassment (x2), Criminal
Mischief II (x2) and Interference
with Making a Report (911). He
was lodged at the Umatilla County
Jail.

of a vehicle on 1-84 eastbound
running across lanes. Oregon
State Police were contacted.
