report of a fire in Heppner.

Boardman reporting that caller’s
mom and another lady are arguing
outside.
-MCSO deputy cited Alejandro

insurance.

old female was semi-conscious
and breathing but was having
severe seizures and kept fading
in and out of consciousness.
-MCSO deputy cited Juan Luis
Villegas, 26, for failure to appear.
-M CSO deputy cited Ryan
Gordon Mclaren, 18, for passing
in a no passing zone and failure
to drive on the right.
-MCSO received a call from
Heppner that someone stole a
picnic table and benches from the
Neighborhood Center.
-MCSO received a call from
Boardman that there was a fight
in progress in the parking lot of
some nearby apartments. Philip
Ju stin M ortensen, 21, was
arrested for resisting arrest and
escape III. He was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail on $12,000
bail. He was also arrested on a
warrant for passing violation/
attempt to elude x2 and reckless
endangering; lodged with no bail.
-M CSO received a report o f
possible neglect of two dogs in
Irrigon. Caller believes the owner
has moved and forgotten to take
care o f the anim als. C aller
advised that dogs have food,
water and shelter.
-M CSO received a call from
Heppner asking to be directed to
Poison Control as caller’s three
year old had drank Round Up but
spit it out.
-MCSO received an ambulance
request for som eone in ’

difficulty breathing, numbness and 4

consciousness. Individual had a
bad seizure last week.
-MCSO received a request for
someone to come pick up some
kittens that were left in front of
AC Houghton School.

stealing mail.

Boardman that a woman had been
stung by a wasp and was highly
allergic. The epi shot she was'
given was not working.
-MCSO deputy arrested Juan
Luis Villegas, 26, for failure to
appear. He was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail with no bail.
-MCSO received a report from
Irrigon that he had received calls
late at night asking for “Amber".
Caller was told that there was no
one there by that name and not to
call back but they kept calling.
-M CSO received a call from
Irrigon caller that his wife was
having a diabetic problem and
needed an ambulance.
-M CSO received a call from
Irrigon reporting a stolen paint­
spraying compressor.
-MCSO received a call from lone
