The Morrow County Sheriff's
Office (MCSO) reports handling
the following business:

tion; the subject was a new em­
ployee who was not given the
proper access code. There was
another report of an alarm acti­
vation at the same location; the
alarm was cancelled per the own­
er.
-MCSO deputy reported a
female subject in Irrigon report­
ed a missing yellow lab dog that
had been missing about 45 min­
utes.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon of a tres­
pass on property the previous day
with “lots of stuff stolen”.
-MCSO, Oregon State Police
received a report from a caller of
a vehicle going 90+ mph on High­
way 74 outside Heppner headed
towards Lexington.
-MCSO, City o f Heppner
Public Works received a report
from a caller in Heppner of a bro­
ken water spigot gushing water
outside of a house by a porch.
-MCSO, lone Fire Dept, re­
ceived a report of a fire alarm at
the PG&E compressor station #9
on Highway 74. It was deter­
mined all was okay; there was no
fire.
-MCSO, Boardman ambu­
lance received a report from a
caller in Boardman of a 35-year-
old male who was very sick. The
patient was transported to Good
Stfepherd M edical Center in
Hermiston.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon that her
daughter, who is five months preg­
nant, was pushed down by her ex­
boyfriend. Anthony Ryan Vice, 19,
was arrested for Domestic Ha­
rassment and Resisting Arrest.
He was lodged at the Umatilla
County Jail.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Boardman that his
vehicle had been vandalized the
previous night.
-MCSO received a request
for an ambulance in Boardman for
a nine-month old who had fallen
face first. Np transport was made.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon of a dog
barking all night. An attempt was
made to contact the owners, but
they wouldn’t answer the door.

Dept, received a relayed report
of a pickup pulling two horse trail­
ers on 1-84 westbound. An offic­
er was unable to locate the vehi­
cle.

Dept, received a report from a
caller in Boardman of a female
subject “breaking up the place”.
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report from a
caller in Boardman that two of his
vehicles were broken into the pre­
vious night.

Dept, received a report from a
caller in Boardman o f a stray
Rottweiler puppy with a broken
leash in her back yard. The pup­

Dept, officers arrested Ralph Carl
Greer, 42, on a Umatilla County
warrant for DUII. He was lodged
at the Umatilla County Jail.

mph in a 55 mph zone.

Dept, received a report that a
male subject found a 9mm in his
vehicle; it is not his. The owner
was later found.
-MCSO, Irrigon Fire Dept,
received a report from a caller in
Irrigon of a large column of smoke
at the east end of Irrigon. A dep­
uty was unable to locate the fire.
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report of a ver­
bal dispute in front of a residence
in Boardman. It was a dispute
over a dog.
-MCSO, Devin Tow received
a request for assistance in Irrigon
for a female subject who locked
herself out of her vehicle.
-Boardman Police Dept, of­
ficer reported two female juve­
niles on foot were choking each
other.
-MCSO, H eppner Police
Dept, received a report from a
caller in Heppner of an emu out
near the county sheds by the high­
way.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon of a neigh­
bor who has 6-8 dogs who fight
all the time and one now appears
to be injured and has been howl­
ing painfully the last hour. The
animals’ owner had been advised
against having so many dogs and
is to turn in all but two dogs to the
pet rescue and sign a document
stating she will not have any more
than two.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in lone of the theft
of a box of lawn implements.
-MCSO deputy cited Antho­
ny James Wadkins, 23, for Care­
less Driving.
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a 911 call from
Boardman that sounded like a
male juvenile attempting to alter
his voice, saying only, “Hello, hel­
lo,” then hanging up.
April 27: MCSO received a
report from a caller in Boardman
of a red cow out on the road. The i
cow was rounded up.
-MCSO deputies cited Juan
Angel Hernandez Romero, 33, for
DUII-Refusal and Driving while
License Suspended-Misdemean­
or. He was cited and released.
The vehicle was towed.
-MCSO, Heppner ambulance
received a request for an ambu­
lance from a caller in Heppner.
An 86-year-old female was suf­
fering an asthma attack. The pa­
tient was transported to Pioneer
Memorial Hospital in Heppner.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon that a bag
containing a pump and some hos­
es was found in a field.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon that her
17-year-old daughter had not re­
turned home since yesterday and
was possibly at her boyfriend’s
house in Boardman.

Umatilla Police Dept, received a
report from a caller in Irrigon of
two female juveniles, 12-13-
years-old, were being threatened
by four juveniles females; three
older males were the go
betweens.
-MCSO, Heppner Police
Dept, received a report from a
caller in Heppner of Hispanic
males loading items over the fence
at the Forest Service compound.
It was determined the male sub­
jects had permission to be there
and were loading trees to plant.
-MCSO received a request
for a deputy contact in Boardman
regarding a female subject mak­
ing threats and taking the son’s
dog.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon that his
welder was missing and he had a
possible suspect. The caller later
called back requesting a deputy
contact regarding left computer
items under a tarp.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon that the
neighbor’s dog was stuck on a
fence and appeared to have been
there awhile as its paws were cut
and bleeding from the attempt to
free itself.
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report from a
, caller in Boardman that 12-14
males with bats and chains were
surrounding a trailer. The subjects
left. The persons at the trailer
requested no action be taken.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Boardman that
two male juveniles walked into
their house while they were hav­
ing a party and took some items.
The caller knew one of the sus­
pects.
-MCSO received a report of
a noise complaint in Irrigon. It
was determined all was okay.
-Boardman Police Dept, of­
ficer observed a vehicle stuck
within 15 feet of the railroad track
in Boardman. Jeremy Daniel
Sallee, 23, was arrested for Crim­
inal Trespass II and Possession
of a Controlled Substance-Less
than One Oz. of Marijuana. He
was cited and released. The ve­
hicle was towed.
April 28: MCSO received a
report from a caller at Riverside
High School in Boardman that his
.vehicle had been vandalized at
that location. He requested an
officer contact.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Boardman of a
loud party. A deputy was unable
to locate the party.
-Boardman Police Dept, of­
ficer received information of a
bicycle left at C&D Restaurant
in Boardman. The officer recov­
ered the bicycle for safekeeping.
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report from a
caller in Boardman that a male
subject threw a coffee cup at his
head.
-MCSO received a report of
black smoke coming from the
Kemp Lane area near the Lex­
ington grain elevators. It was de­
termined the location was outside
the fire district.

Dept, received a report from a
caller in Boardman of a small com­
pact vehicle speeding.
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report of a loud
noise from a vehicle in Boardman.
-Boardman Police Dept, of­
ficer cited a male juvenile for Vi­
olation of the Basic Rule.

Boardman ambulance received a
report of a fight in progress at
Desert Springs Estates.
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report of loud
music from a residence in
Boardman.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon of two ve­
hicles drag racing in Irrigon.
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report from a
caller in Boardman that a male
subject threatened her and her
children while they were at the
Texaco station. She would advise
if additional contact was made.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Boardman that her
stepfather was harassing her and
her mother. Deputy contact was
requested.
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report from a
caller in Boardman that a male
subject in the parking lot was yell­
ing and threatening occupants of
an apartment. The subject had a
baseball bat and had been drink­
ing.
-Boardman Police Dept, of­
ficer arrested Scott Ray Bass, 19,
for Menacing x2, Disorderly Con­
duct and Harassment. He was
lodged at the Umatilla County Jail.
-MCSO, Irrigon Fire Dept,
received a report of a possible il­
legal fire on Corps of Engineer
property . It was determined to be
a controlled bum; all was okay.
-MCSO, H eppner Police
Dept, received a report from a
caller in Heppner of a possible
DUII; a vehicle ran the caller off
the road. The vehicle was driving
toward the dam. An officer was
unable to locate the vehicle.
-MCSO, Oregon State Police
received a report from a caller on
1-84 of a vehicle speeding 90+
mph and driving erratically.
-MCSO, Oregon State Police
received a report from Boardman
Police Dept, officer of a disabled
potato truck on 1-84. The vehicle
was parked on the fog line.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller of a suspicious male
following people into the men’s
restroom on the 1-84 Boardman
westbound rest area. The subject
appeared to be watching people
through a hole in the wall.
Stephen Keith Pavletich, 31, was
arrested for Harassment, Crimi­
nal Mischief III x2 and Posses­
sion of Less than One Oz. Mari­
juana. He was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail.
April 29: MCSO received a
request for a deputy contact from
a caller in Boardman regarding an
unsafe act witnessed by the call­
er’s mechanic.
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report from a
caller in Boardman that a male
subject was harassing the caller’s
daughter by phone.
-MCSO received a request
for a deputy contact from a call­
er in Boardman regarding a girl­
friend moving out and taking some
of his possessions. MCSO then
received a report from the girl­
friend that she was moving out
from the boyfriend’s and he is ha­
rassing her.
-MCSO received a request
for assistance from the Weston
Police Dept, with a possible cita­
tion for a female subject who lives
in Irrigon but has property in
Weston. The Weston Police Dept,
has a case pending against the
subject and was unable to con­
tact her after repeated attempts.
-MCSO, Oregon State Police
received a 911 call from a female
subject in Irrigon that a male sub­
ject was on the property, banging

a cell phone stolen from a resi­
dence in Irrigon.
-MCSO, Pendleton Police
Dept, received a request for a
contact from a caller in Pendleton
regarding the possible theft of his
identification. He received a sus­
picious bill from a company he
does not do business with. The
caller was referred to the
Pendleton Police Dept.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon that while
he was outside, a “cloud of smell
like toxic bug spray” came from
the south/southeast direction. The
caller “just wanted us to know”.
The caller said he felt fine and was
advised to call back if that
changed.
-MCSO received a report that
Timmy Wayne Brooks, 27, was
cited for Driving while License
Suspended-I and Driving Unin­
sured.
-MCSO received a report
from a female subject at the
Riverview Motel that her 76-year-
old husband was having severe
stomach pain and requested a
police escort to Good Shepherd
Medical Center. The caller was
advised that MCSO doesn’t do
that, but that an ambulance could
be paged. The subject advised
that she would go to the
Boardman Police Dept, and see
what they could do, then hung up.
-MCSO received a report of
a found black lab puppy.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon of child
endangerment in Irrigon involving
car racing.
-Boardman Police Dept, of­
ficer cited Omar Garay Rojo, 26,
for Assault IV.
-MCSO, Oregon State Police
received a report of a semi truck
going 70+ mph and was all over
the road. Kenneth F. Stinson, 43,
for Violation of the Basic Rule,
74 mph in a 55 mph zone.
-MCSO deputy received in­
formation of an animal problem
in Irrigon.
-MCSO deputy observed a
light on in a residence that was
unoccupied. It was determined all
was okay; the realtor probably left
the light on.

crime was committed. The fe­
male wanted the male warned to
stay off the property. The female
subject later called back and re­
ported that the female’s husband
chased the male subject in a ve­
hicle from Umatilla to Irrigon.
The male subject was advised by
a deputy not to contact the female
subject and not to go to her resi­
dence.
-MCSO received a request
for a deputy contact in Irrigon to
report a dog bit her son. The boy
kicked the dog and the dog bit the
boy.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Boardman that a
female subject had a horse on his
property and he had asked she
remove it.
-MCSO received a request
for a deputy contact in Irrigon
regarding an animal problem.
-MCSO, Oregon State Police,
Boardman Police Dept, received
a report from the Boardman 76
station of a drive-off of $18.50.
Officers were unable to locate the
vehicle.
-MCSO, Boardman ambu­
lance received a report from a
caller in Boardman of a 74-year-
old subject who may be having a
stroke. The patient was transport­
ed to Good Shepherd Medical
Center in Hermiston.
April 30: MCSO, Heppner
Police Dept, received a report of
excessively noisy juveniles play­
ing football in Hager Park in
Heppner. The juveniles dispersed.
-MCSO received a request
for a deputy welfare check at the
Riverview Motel in Boardman. A
guest’s door had been open all
day and no one answered the
phone. It was determined all was
okay.
-MCSO, Irrigon ambulance
received a report from a caller in
Irrigon of a nine-year-old male
who was having a seizure. The
patient was transported to Good
Shepherd M edical Center in
Hermiston.
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report from a
caller in Boardman of the theft of
a car CD player.
