The football soup feed was
incredible! Not only was the food
fabulous but also the community
support was tremendous.The bar

entertaining. The Mexican dinner
was delicious! The continued
support with the pick-up raffle
has been greatly appreciated. The
Dinner and Auction held in Her-
miston was beyond our wildest
dreams! The evening was phe
nomenal! Seeing friends and
family come together to lend a
hand to a friend, was an experi
ence of a lifetime. It was an
evening no one will soon forget.
Dave’s journey home is on

being towed. No information had
been received. A subject was
treated for minor facial injuries.

from a caller from Idaho that her
elderly parents in Irrigon let a
male with two chi ldren enter their
house and noticed a wallet was
missing after they had left.

from a caller in Boardman of re
ceiving harassing phone calls.

semi-truck was vandalized some

wanted to repossess a horse from
the Boardman area. The caller
was advised this was a civil mat
ter.

received a report from a caller in
Irrigon of a possible domestic sit
uation occurring next door The
caller heard a mother and son
screaming. It was determined that
all was okay.

for deputy contact in Boardman
regarding her ex-husband mov
ing out and wanting to take weap
ons with him. According to the
caller, he wasn’t supposed to
have guns and they were regis
tered in someone else’s name.
-MCSO received a relayed
message from Hermiston Police
Dept, of a fire on Boise Cascade
property. It was determined it
was not in the fire protection dis
trict. The caller was advised and
asked for deputy contact in case
it was an arson fire.

Dept, received another request
for an officer contact regarding
her husband who is supposed to
be moving out but is taking his
time. The couple is separating.
Dispatch could hear a male sub
ject yelling at the caller. It was
determined that the male subject
is leaving to stay somewhere else
and is not to come back.

a small fire. It was determined the
fire was out.

from a caller at Coyote Springs
(Portland General Electric) gas-
fired electrical generation plant
that he received a bomb threat via
his voice mail. The caller stated,
“Bomb in building 10AM,” then
hung up. The facility was being
evacuated and all routes in and
out of the facility were blocked
off. An “all clear” was given lat
er in the day; no device was lo
cated.

a vehicle passed him in the turn
lane near Kinzua Mill on High
way 74.

received a report from an officer
that he received information that
two males were possibly fighting
in the parking lot o f Sam
Boardman Elementary School.
Units did not locate any activity.

Heppner regarding her ex-hus-
band having a doctor call her and
talk to her. It was determined that
the ex-husband asked the doctor
to testify in court and that the
doctor called her himself.

Dept, a female was unconscious
and down at Division and Wyo
ming streets in Irrigon.

Heppner ambulance received a
report of a male subject who had
fallen down. No transport was
made.

a bicycle found that needs to be

received a report of a residential
burglary alarm.
-MCSO received a request
for information from a caller in
Irrigon who wanted to know how
to get her mother committed to a
mental health hospital. The call
er was advised to contact Mor
row County Behavioral Health.

thorized Entry of a Motor Vehicle.

received a report of a residential
burglary alarm in Irrigon. It was
determined to be an alarm error.

to a residence in Irrigon and con
tact the owner of a dog a woman
almost hit and took to the police
dept. The deputy was unable to
locate the owner and left a mes
sage. The woman took the dog
back to Irrigon.

a vehicle weaving on 1-84 west
bound.

received a report from a caller of
a vehicle speeding 130 mph on
1-84 eastbound.

caller in Boardman of a male hit
ting a female, then both subjects
left running toward the Port of
Morrow road. The subjects were
found; no citations were issued.
Jennifer Larkins, 22, was arrest
ed on a Malheur County warrant
for Parole Violation/Negotiating
a Bad Check, Forgery II and As
sault IV (x2). She was lodged at
the Umatilla County Jail with
$10,000 bail.

Keith Roberts, 21, for Violation
of the Basic Rule, 57 mph in a 35
mph zone.
-MCSO received a report
from North Bend Police Dept,
that Dale Patrick Davis, 24. was
arrested on an Irrigon Justice
Court warrant for Failure to Ap-
pear/No Angling License and on
an additional Clackamas County
warrant. He was lodged at Coos
County Jail.
-MCSO deputy cited Harlene
Ethel Rogers. 54. for Violation of
the Basic Rule, 56 mph in a 35
mph zone.
-MCSO, Umatilla Army De
pot, FAA received several 911
calls reporting large, low-flying
aircraft over Boardman. Per the
FAA and Umatilla Army Depot,
these planes were involved in a
military training exercise being
held at the Pendleton Airport.
