Office (M CSO) reports handling
the following business:
-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Im gon that a burglary
occurred at the residence with items
taken.
-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Im gon o f three dogs
running loose.
-MCSO received a report o f a
subject trespassing at A C'. Iloughton
Elementary School.
-MCSO received a request for
a deputy to pick up the caller's
husband's guns. The caller has a
restraining order against her husband
-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Imgon that someone w as
stealing gasoline out o f her vehicle.
The caller found gas caps missing
and a cut hose.
-Heppner Police Dept, received
a request for officer contact in
Heppner regarding a residence the
caller was watching.
-MCSO received a report o f a
vehicle on 1-84 swerving all over
the road and crossing over the lines
a couple o f times. The vehicle took
the Boardman exit.
-MCSO received a report from
the Im gon 76 station o f a possible
counterfeit $20 bill.
-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Imgon that her wallet was
taken from her vehicle som etime
the previous night.
-MCSO received a report o f a
w ater leak in Im gon. A W est
Extension official was contacted
and would take care o f the problem.
Dec. 4: MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report from a caller
in Boardman that his wife saw
someone run across their property.

zone.

office that an applicant gave false

deputy contact in Imgon regarding
a dog complaint.
-MCSO deputy cited a juvenile
for Trespass II.
-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Im gon that neighbors
across the street have three Boxer
dogs that run at large, are vicious
and chase children.
-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Imgon that a neighbor's
mixed-breed dog runs at large and
chases vehicles.
-M CSO received a report from
a caller in Boardman that someone
broke into his vehicle and stole his
stereo.
-MCSO received a report from
the Weary Traveler Motel in Imgon
that someone had broken into the
motel laundry room.
-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Im gon that he had
received a call on his cell phone from
a number in Pendleton. All he could
hear w as a young female saying she
is diabetic. MCSO dispatch contacted
the number and confirmed all was
okay; she had misdialed the number.

-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Im gon o f a missing
Pomeranian.
-M CSO cited a juvenile for
possession of inhalants. Thejuvenile
was released to appear in juvenile
court.

Health received a request for contact.
-MCSO. Boardman Police Dept,
officers arrested Peter John Lesbo,
50. for DUII (BAC .23) The vehicle
was impounded.
-Heppner Police Dept, officer
cited a subject for M aintaining a
Dog as a Public Nuisance (x5) and
No Dog License (x5).
Dec. 5: MCSO, Heppner Police
Dept, received a report of an audible
alarm at Pettyjohn's Builders Supply
in Heppner The owner was notified
and the alarm reset. It was
determined the alarm was activated
by new graphics inside the store
that were causing m ovement.
-MCSO received a report o f an
alarm at the Bank of Eastern Oregon

-MCSO received a request for
traffic control on Highway 74 and
Ella Road for a funeral procession.
-M CSO, Im gon Fire Dept,
received a report o f a fire alarm at
an alarm panel in an unidentified
maintenance room The report was
cancelled; the alarm w as caused by
burnt food.
-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Lexington that he was
threatened by a male subject on Main
Street in Heppner. The report was
given to the Fleppner Police Dept.
-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Imgon that the neighbor's
vicious dog was loose and chasing
children. Judith Rae Jim inez, 44,
was cited for Maintaining a Dog as
a Public Nuisance.
-MCSO received a request for
deputy contact in Boardman
regarding a missing gun case and
an another m issing gun.
-MCSO, Boardman ambulance
received a request for an ambulance
in Im gon for an 80-year-old male
w ho w'as possibly hav ing an allergic
reaction to medication. Ibe patient
was transported to Good Shepherd
M edical Center in Hermiston.
-MCSO received a request for
deputy contact from a caller in
Imgon regarding deputies coming
by his residence when he was gone.

deputy contact in Imgon regarding
a custody issue.

officers reported they were at the

check, then requested an ambulance
for a person with an unknown
medical problem. One patient was

-MCSO received a report from
Umatilla Police Dept, that Antonia
Palacios-Colanos, 24, on an Imgon
Circuit Court warrant for Failure
to Pay Fine/Dnving while License
Suspended and Failure to Renew
Registration. He was cited and
released.
-M CSO deputy cited Christina
Lynn Jackson, 24, for Violation of
the Basic Rule, 50 mph in a 25 mph
zone.
-MCSO, Heppner Police Dept,
received a report o f a commercial
burglar alarm activated at Les
Schwab in Heppner. The door was
found open. The building was
cleared, the manager notified and
the building secured.
Dec. 6: MCSO. Boardman Police
Dept, received a request from Good
Shepherd M edical C enter in
Hermiston to contact the wife o f a
patient who was ready to be released.
The couple live in Boardman. All
attempts to contact the woman by
phone were met with a suspicious-
sounding busy signal. She was
located and the message from the
medical center delivered.

a report o f a new Jeep weaving all
ov er the roadway on 1-84 westbound.

very slick and had not been rocked
yet. The road dept, was on their way
out.

her yard the previous night

information from a caller in Imgon
who said her husband has a warrant
on him and she wanted information
on it. No warrant was found listed.
-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Boardman o f a vehicle
stolen from a farm over the weekend.

a report from the Nomad Restaurant
in Boardman o f a male subject
making suspicious comments to a
waitress.
-MCSO received a report o f an
illegal dump pile along a canal in
Imgon. Some names were recovered
from the pile.
-MCSO received a report from

was arrested on a Morrow County
C ircuit Court warrant for Parole
Violation/Failure to Appear I. He
was lodged at the Umatilla County
Jail.
-Im gon ambulance received a
request for an ambulance in Imgon
for a 62-year-old female with chest
pains.
-MCSO received a request for
deputy contact from a pet rescue
organization in Portland regarding
a subject possibly neglecting puppies.
-Heppner Police Dept, received
a report from a caller in Heppner
that she was to report that a female
subject moved back into the area.
-M CSO deputy cited Cipriano
Vera, 48, for Offensive Littering.
-M CSO received a report from
the Imgon Hatchery o f an abandoned
vehicle that was partially in the water
and had been there a couple of days.
The Corps o f Engineers was
contacted and would take care o f
the vehicle.
-MCSO received a relayed report
from a female subject who was
headed to Imgon to her ex-husband's
residence. The ex-husband was
intoxicated, had a weapon and was
possibly suicidal. The caller
requested deputies meet her there.
-M CSO received a report that
a m ale subject was arrested on a

warrant for Criminal Mischief I and
Reckless Endangering. He was
lodged at the Umatilla County Jail
with $20,000 bail.
-M CSO received a report o f a
pickup o ff Highway 730 in the
westbound lane facing eastbound.
No one appeared to be around. A
deputy was unable to locate the
vehicle.

84/Port o f Morrow eastbound on-
ramp. The vehicle was located, but
no one was around. The dnver called
and advised he was okay.

residence in Boardman. Contact was
made with a female subject and it
was determ ined all was okay.

25, for Failure to Obey a Traffic
Control Device.
Dec. 11: MCSO received a 911
call from a residence in Imgon. The
line was very static-sounding. All
attempts to recontact the number
were met with a busy signal. It was
determined the phone malftinctioned
and automatically dialed 911. The
phone line will be inoperative until
repaired.
