Boardman am bulance received a report o f a female in her 40s on the Greyhound bus traveling eastbound on 1-84 who was having a seizure and was in and out of consciousness. OSP led the bus to Tower Road to meet the am bulance. The bus continued on to Boardman with the ambulance following to assist. -M l'S O received a report o f a dispute in lmgon between the caller and his 19-year-old son. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman regarding unwanted subjects. -MCSO received a report from a caller at a residence in lmgon that a male subject keeps harassing him. -Oregon State Police received a report o f a vehicle swerving all over the road on 1-84 westbound. -MCSO received a report o f a verba, dispute in lmgon. The caller could hear male voices threatening another male subject. -Ml SO. Hermiston Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Tcho that her husband was having an asthma attack. -MCSO received a report o f kids trespassing and chasing the caller's chickens. -MCSO received a report o f a window broken at the caller’s property in lm gon. The caller requested that officers keep an eye on the property. -M CSO received a request for deputy contact regarding the caller wanting to remove personal items from her husband's truck in lmgon. -M CSO. Oregon State Police received a report from a caller in Heppner o f an overdue fisherman. The male subject returned safely. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lm gon that her husband w as very angry, yelling and broke the phone. There was a language barrier. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Boardman o f a loud party across the street from her residence -MCSO deputy cited Terrell Jenkins tor Exceeding the Maximum Speed Limit, 83 mph in a 65 mph zone. It was believed the warning was a glitch and there had been no major changes in the w eather. ITie caller was informed the MCSO did not provide that service; he was told to put continuous pressure on the wound and call a v et. The caller did not w ant deputy contact unless he had to take the dog to a vet. -M l'SO received a report of two butane tanks rem oved from the caller’s travel trailer parked in her driveway som etim e over the weekend. -M l'S O received a report o f a 39-year-old epileptic woman had fallen down on a street. Nov. 27: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept received a report from a caller in Boardman that he located two kittens alive. This was in reference to a situation the Boardman Police Dept, had been working on previously. -M l'S O received a report from Oregon State Police in Prineville that Richard Avila, 34. was arrested on an lm gon Justice Court w arrant for Failure to Pay Fine Driving while License Suspended. He was lodged at the Jefferson County Jail in Madras. -MCSO received a report o f a burglar alarm activation at a residence in lmgon. The alarm was determ ined to be false. -MCSO. There were no injuries noted and it was a non- blocking accident. -M CSO received a report that Riley Browning, 48, was arrested on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/ Driving while License Suspended. The subject was cited and released. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lm gon that he is having a problem with neighborhood kids throwing rocks at his car. He also had a dog com plaint to file. -MCSO received a report o f a bike stolen in lm gon. -MCSO received a report o f a gun stolen from a residence in Boardman. -Heppner Police Dept, received a request for officer contact in Heppner regarding the caller's vehicle. -Oregon State Police received a report o f a pickup on 1-84 pulling out in front o f vehicles then slowing down and swerving all over the road. -MCSO received a report o f a cat hit by a vehicle in Irrigon. The caller requested vet assistance. The caller was informed that there was no vet available through the sheriffs office and there was no animal control officer. -M CSO received a request for information on how to reach a person in Salma, K.S. The caller wasn't able to reach the person by phone for the last three days. She was given the phone number o f the Salma Police Dept. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lm gon that a vehicle was parked in their driveway. It was not blocking the driveway. -MCSO deputies arrested Joseph William Palmer, 21. on an Umatilla County w arrant for Parole Violation/Domestic Harassment. Lie was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail w ith S10.000 bail. -MCSO received a report from lm gon o f a banging noise by the river. It was determined it was on the W ashington side and was reported to the W ashington State Police. -MCSO received a report o f a drive-off from the 76 station. The vehicle was located and the driver returned to pay; it had been a m isunderstanding. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept.. Boardman Ambulance received a report from a caller in Boardman that a female had fallen. The patient w as transported to Good Shepherd Medical C enter in Hermiston. -MCSO. Boardman Police Dept, received a report o f two females fighting in Boardm an. The caller called back to report they had stopped fighting and separated. Nov. 29: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, officers cited Chris Dwayne Schneider, 18, for No O perator's License and Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was impounded. -M CSO received a request for deputy contact at a business in lm gon for a subject who had just attempted to purchase cigarettes but had no identification. Die subject then requested assistance getting his vehicle started. The two sets of keys he had didn’t work, yet somehow he got the vehicle started without a key by turning the ignition switch. A deputy w as unable to locate the vehicle in the area. -M CSO received a report that David T Holland. 47. was arrested on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear Possession o f Less that One Oz. Marijuana. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a request from Pioneer Memorial Hospital to locate a male subject in 1 leppner and have him contact the hospital regarding his father. -M l'S O received a report from a caller in lmgon that when she carrx out of her house this morning, a male subject she recognized was standing by her vehicle. She thought it was suspicious as she had reported him previously. She thought he might be casing the area and wanted the inform ation recorded in case som ething happened. -MCSO deputy reported he w ould be out with an abandoned vehicle in lmgon. It was off the road and appeared to be an accident. No one was around -Oregon State Police received a report of three sheep or llamas near 1-84 An officer later advised a taxidermist picked up three sheep skins from that location. There w ere no identifiers on them. -MCSO, ODOT received a report o f tumbleweeds blocking the lane at about Zinter Road. -MCSO deputy cited .Angela I'ami Anderson, 28. for Driving while License Suspended-Infraction. Die vehicle was impounded. -MCSO received a hang-up 911 call from a residence in lm gon. Deputies determined all was okay. -MCSO deputy cited Benito I edesma-Anas. 19. for Dnving while License Suspended and Violation o f the Basic Rule. 95 mph in a 55 mph zone. Irrigon Fire Dept, received a report o f an illegal bum o ff Highway 730 at the west end o f Irrigon. -MCSO received a report o f a burglary alann at the Bank of Eastern Oregon in Irrigon at the ATM machine. It was a false alarm. -M CSO received a report from Boardman Police Dept, that David Calderon-Garcia, 23, was cited for No Operator's License and No Insurance. The vehicle was impounded and later released by the Boardman Police Dept. -MCSO deputy cited Bnan Earl Rystedt, 23, for Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device. -MCSO received a request for assistance from a female subject attempting to serve civil papers at a residence in Irrigon. -MCSO received a hang-up 911 call from a residence in Boardman. On recontact, it was determined all was okay. -Heppner Police Dept, received a report o f three juveniles around a vacant home in Heppner. -MCSO received a report from the flood computer indicating Shobe Canyon as a flood area. The area was checked and all was okay. -MCSO deputy cited Lorcn Joseph Montgomery, 30, for Exceeding the Maximum Speed Limit, 94 mph in a 65 mph zone. Nov. 30: MCSO. U.S. Weather Service, Heppner Fire Chief received a report that the flood alert computer alarm was activated for level 5 flooding in the Shobe Canyon area. The U.S. Weather Service declared the alarm false. -MCSO received a report o f a dog barking in Irrigon. The dog was located but no one was home. -Ml'SO. lmgon Fire Dept.. lmgon ambulance received a report o f a 49-year-old male with a dislocated hip in Irrigon. The leg was turned around. The patient was post-op from surgery the previous day and had taken 15 mg o f oxycodone. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd M edical C enter in Hermiston. -Oregon State Police received a report of a stranded female motorist attempting to w ave down traffic on 1-84 westbound. The call said the motorist's pickup was parked on an on-ram p nearby. -MCSO received a report of horses out behind the alternative center in Irrigon. The caller tried to contact the owner but couldn't reach him. -Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that someone broke into her vehicle and took her purse. -M CSO received a report that Gregory Alan Bass, 21, w as arrested on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Rape 111. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a request from US Investigations for a background check on a m ale subject. -M CSO received a request tor an ambulance in 1 leppner for a 20- year-old female with severe pain on her right side. -M l'SO received a request from a caller in Boardm an for deputy contact regarding making an accident report. -M CSO received a report from a caller in lmgon that her cell phone had been lost. -MCSO received a report that Brenda Kay W orden, 40. was arrested on a parole violation and lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M CSO received a report from a caller in lm gon that her husband had been contacting her by phone and she has a restraining order on him. -M CSO, Oregon State Police received a report of a possible DUII on 1-84 westbound. -Boardman Police Dept, officer arrested Joseph Ray Coyle, 22, on a M orrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Rape III and on a additional charge o f Violation o f Release Agreement. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lm gon that her purse was stolen from her vehicle. -MCSO received a request from Hermiston Police Dept, to check a residence in lmgon for a runaway juvenile. -MCSO received a report o f a panic alarm at a residence. MCSO received a report a few minutes later to disregard the alarm; it was false. -M CSO, Oregon State Police received a report o f a fight in progress in lm gon. A male and a female subject were fighting. The parties separated and a relative was called to pick up the children that were there. -MCSO received a report from a subject who got lost then got stuck. Triple A was contacted. -M CSO, Oregon State Police received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a red vehicle hanging around a neighbor's residence which was unoccupied at the time. Dec. 1 : MCSO deputy arrested Candice M erie Robello, 27, on a Prineville warrant for Failure to A ppear/Fum ishing Alcohol to a Minor and additional warrants on file. She was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail to await transport. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of one male subject and one female subject by the sheds at the Moro Estates playground in Boardman. Both subjects ran when officers arrived. Subjects were later identified. -MCSO received an abandoned 911 call. Contact was made with the residence and it was determined the wrong num ber was dialed. -MCSO deputy arrested Reveles Becerra Sergio. 24, for DUII (BAC o f .13) and Violation o f the Basic Rule, 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. He was cited and released to appear in court. The vehicle was impounded. -M l'S O received a report from a caller in Boardman that a male subject that the caller identified stole his beer and was DUII. Hie subject was parked at a residence in Boardman. -M CSO received a report from a caller in lmgon that someone broke into her car and stole expensive cam era equipm ent. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Heppner that sparks were coming out o f a power pole behind the senior center in the parking lot It was advised that Columbia Basic Electric was on the scene and taking care o f the problem. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lmgon that someone tried to break into her vehicle the previous night or the night before. -M CSO received a report from lm g o n that two o f the caller's vehicles were egged sometime during the previous night. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone that a Volkswagen Jetta with four people tried to hit two dogs; the vehicle went into a yard to try to hit the second dog. -MCSO received a report o f a motor vehicle accident. It was a non- mjury, non-blocking accident. James Randall Zimmerman, 45, was cited for Failure to Drive on Right-Motor Vehicle Accident, Careless Driving- M otor Vehicle Accident and No Insurance. A towing company was contacted. -M CSO deputy cited Kacy Childers, 19, for No Operator's License. -MCSO received a report from a caller that someone hit his fence and left the scene. -MCSO received a report from Oregon State Police that a male subject fell at his residence. It was determined an 82-year-old man fell and his metal hip went out. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd M edical Center in Hermiston. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a request for an officer contact from a caller in Florida regarding a death notification. -MCSO received a request for deputy contact from a caller in Boardman regarding speeding vehicles in the Olson/Kunze area. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept received a request for officer contact from a caller in Boardman regarding her ex-husband keeping her children from her. -M CSO received a report from Hermiston Police Dept, that Jeremy Allan Harley, 22, was arrested on an lm gon Justice Court warrant for Failure to A ppear/D nving while License Suspended/D nving Uninsured/FW SB. -M CSO received a report o f a male subject, possibly intoxicated, lying on the side o f the road by the Cenex station in Lexington. Lexington EMTs were paged but the subject re (used medical treatment. A relative was contacted and would pick the subject up. -MCSO deputy cited a subject for No Operator's License and No Insurance. The vehicle was impounded. -Boardman Police Dept, officer cited David Doles for Violation of the Basic Rule, 54 mph in a 40 mph zone. Dec. 2: MCSO received a report o f a small fire in Boardman, possibly from a MIP party. It was determined that there was no party. -Boardman Police Dept, officer cited Lydia DeLire, for DUII. The vehicle was impounded. -Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that four-five male subjects were hanging around the Sandpiper Apts, in Boardman. -Oregon State Police received a report from a caller just outside Heppner that there was a car in a ditch. There was no one around. -MCSO, Boardman ambulance received a report from a caller in Boardman that a young male subject came to his residence and said he was beaten up and possibly had broken ribs. An am bulance was requested. One patient was transported to G ood Shepherd Medical C enter in Hermiston. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Lexington that both o f his vehicles were broken into and a wallet and cell phone taken. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that her weed burner and a fence charger were stolen. Neighbors saw the possible suspects; the caller w anted to press charges. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Lexington that someone broke into her garage and pickup the previous night and stole items. -M CSO received a report from a caller that he found a cow carcass on Patterson Ferry Road; it had been shot sometime the previous night. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lmgon that her neighbor’s dog was in her yard fighting with her dog. The neighbors were told by a deputy the previous month to keep the dogs o ff the street. -MCSO deputy cited Joshua Todd Vandeventer, 20, for Speed Racing. -M CSO received a request for deputy contact in Boardman regarding the caller's 16-year-old son who walked out o f the residence and wouldn't listen to him. The caller wanted to know his rights as a parent. -M CSO received a request for deputy contact from a caller in Boardman. -MCSO received a relayed report from Umatilla County from a caller who said there was a snowmobile accident on the Western Route Road. The male subject had lower back pain, shoulder pain and was pale/ Snowmobiles were taken to get the patient. -M CSO, lone EM Ts received a report from a caller in lone that 82-year-old female fell, was confused, had bruises, has a history ofheart trouble and takes medication. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Lexington that someone broke into her vehicle and trash was thrown all over it. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received two reports o f a fight in progress at the Kegler's parking lot. Five male subjects left in a vehicle. -M CSO, Oregon State Police received a report from a caller on 1-84 who was following a possible DUII who was continuously crossing over lines and alm ost hit the guardrail. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that she had a restraining order against her husband and he keeps calling her from Joseph. -MCSO deputy cited a subject for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 53 mph in a 35 mph zone and Failure to Carry Proof o f Insurance. -M CSO deputy cited Alberto Nava-Gonzales for No Operator's License and No Insurance. Dec. 3: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that a suspicious male keeps walking up and down the same street. -M CSO received a request for deputy contact at lm gon City Hall regarding a theft o f services. -M CSO received a report from the Port o f Morrow o f a suspicious vehicle at Farm #2 on the Bombing Range Road. Paul Lyn Brazeau. 39, was arrested for Criminal M ischief and Trespass. Klamath County and Scappoose Police Dept, warrants were served. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $7,500 bail. The vehicle was impounded. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Lexington o f unauthorized entry o f her m otor vehicle. -Boardman Police Dept, officer cited Jim Lands for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 47 mph in a 20- mph zone - School Zone.
