Nov. 16: MCSO received a report
from an Oregon State Police trooper
that an anhydrous am m onia tank
at a ranch in Lexington had been
broken into and the am m onia
probably stolen. The theft had
occurred prior to m idnight. The
trooper said the owners would call
MCSO in the morning. The owners
did call later and requested deputy
contact as soon as possible.
-MCSO received a report from
the Umatilla Police Dept, that
Thomas A. Beach, 32, was arrested
on an Imgon Justice Court warrant
for Harassment. He was cited and
released.
-MCSO received a report of 10-15
cows out and one donkey in a field
going toward W ilson Lane in
Boardman. Messages were left for
the possible owners and Boardman
Police Dept, was contacted.
-MCSO received a request for
deputy contact regarding getting
things from an ex-boyfriend's
residence.

Hermiston Police Dept, that a male
and female had attempted to cash
stolen checks at United Rental, had
left and were now possibly en route
to Boardman. Several area businesses
were contacted and warned.
