received a report from a caller in
Imgon that she witnessed an assault.

house and the doors open.

-Boardman Police Dept, received
a request for officer contact in
Boardman regarding windows broken
out the previous night and blood
found at the scene.
-MCSO received a report o f an
air com pressor stolen.
-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Im gon that there was a
dying cat in his yard.
-Oregon State Police received
a report o f a ladder in the m iddle
o f 1-84 westbound, that was causing
a hazard.
-Oregon State Police received
a report o f a large piece o f metal
on 1-84 eastbound.
-M CSO, Irrigon Fire Dept,
received a report o f a small fire at
the Im gon Marina out on the point
o f the rocks.
-MCSO received a request for
deputy contact in Boardman over
w ater turned o ff and on by a
neighbor.
-Heppner Police Dept, received
a report o f an open door at the
Heppner bowling alley with no one
around.
-Boardman Police Dept, received
a report o f a fire in Boardman. An
officer checked the area and there
was no fire.
-MCSO received a report from
a woman in Imgon that she had her
brother watching her children with
the understanding that he w'as in no
way to touch them. She said when
she retuned home, she found that
her children had been left alone all
day and that her brother had hit and
kicked them.
-M CSO received a report from
a caller in Boardman that he just
moved out o f his sister's home but
didn't have room to take his bike.
He thought she wouldn't let him
recover his bike and he wanted to
file a theft report.
-MCSO, Boardman Police Dept,
received a report o f a fight in
progress in Boardman. Two subjects
were involved. It was unknown if
they had weapons.
S ept 4: Imgon Fire Dept, Imgon
Ambulance received a report o f an
85-year-old man in Irrigon having
problems breathing. The patient was
transported to Good Shepherd

deputy contact in Boardman
regarding people from Imgon doing
damage to the caller's mobile home
over the weekend. Boardman Police

a caller in Imgon that a male subject
was in her yard and wouldn't leave.
Jesse Moore, 20, was arrested on

lodged at the Umatilla County Jail.

missing from the residence; the caller
thought a person staying at the
residence was a possible suspect.

female subject thought to be at the
address was seen earlier slapping
a small child. A deputy advised that
the children are staying with their
grandparents in Hermiston.

vehicle. No one had been around
the pickup and camper for at least
three days.

possibly intoxicated, was pounding
on her front door. Tlie caller thought
she knew who it was. Deputies were
unable to locate anyone and no one
answered at the residence.

officer was requested to tell the

down. The trooper set the sign back
up but requested that ODOT be
contacted to reset it.
-MCSO received a report from
the Hermiston Police Dept, that a
Jessica Petty, 19, was arrested on
an Imgon Justice Court warrant for
Failure to Appear/D nving while
License Suspended and Driving

-Boardman Police Dept, officers
located a missing juvenile in a
Boardman park. The juvenile was
transported to the police dept, where
his m other picked him up.
-M CSO, Oregon State Police
received a report o f a disabled
vehicle on 1-84. The driver advised
her husband was ahead o f her in a
motorhome and did not realize she
had broken down. An attempt to find
the motorhome was unsuccessful.
The disabled vehicle was towed to
Boardman.
-Boardman Police Dept, received
a report o f a possible fight about

residence in Boardman. There were
seven male subjects yelling.

Littering. He was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail.
-MCSO received a request for
an officer at Dodge City Inn in
Boardman regarding people who
tore up one room and then went to
another room.
-MCSO, OSP received a request
for an officer concerning a situation
in Im gon.
-MCSO, Heppner Police Dept,
received a report from a caller in
Heppner that her husband threatened
to take her car and told her that she
would be sorry if she talked to the
police.
-MCSO received a report of loud
music coming from a residence in
Im gon.
-MCSO, USFS, AirLifc, Heppner
Fire Dept., Heppner Ambulance
received a report o f a rider thrown
from a horse along Potamus Creek.
The male subject was having
difficulty breathing. Rescue units
earned him out. The patient was
flown to St. Anthony Hospital in
Pendleton.
-Boardman Police Dept, received
a report o f a dazed dog along the
side o f 1-84.
-Boardman Police Dept received
a report o f a black dog in the park
at Boardman.
-MCSO, Boardman Police Dept,
received a report o f loud music in
Boardman.
-MCSO received a report from
a caller at Brown's 76 station m
Im gon that a male subject kicked
her out of their residence and pulled
the phone out o f the wall so she
couldn't call 911. She wanted to
speak to a deputy regarding her
belongings but would call back later
when she was at the place she was
staying for the night.
-MCSO, lone Fire Dept, received
a report o f a controlled fire out o f
control and burning toward Highway
74.
-Boardman
Police Dept.,
Boardman Ambulance received a
report o f a male subject who was
dizzy in Boardman. The caller then
said to disregard the report. The
caller called back twice. An
ambulance was sent to the residence,
but transport was refused.
-Boardman Police Dept, received
a request for officer contact
concerning juveniles threatening
the caller's two children. An officer
gave a ride to the juveniles.
- Boardman Police Dept, received
a request for an officer contact
regarding the caller's purse being
found by the police dept.
-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Imgon that her van was
taken from her residence without
permission. She thought a female
subject drove it to Centralia, WA.
-Boardman Police Dept, officer
cited Jose Angel Rodriguez, 30, of
Boardman, for Maintaining a Dog
as a Public Nuisance.
-MCSO, Oregon State Police
received a report from a caller in
Im gon that his brother was
threatening him and his parents with
a gun. The mother retrieved the gun.
James Daniel Elliott, 23, was arrested
for Felon in Possession of a Firearm,
M enacing-Domestic (x2), and
Pointing a Firearm at Another. He
was lodged at the Umatilla County
Jail.
-Boardman Police Dept, officers
cited Luis Gerardo Olguin Martinez,
23, for DUII, No Operator’s License
and Driving U n i n s u r e d . “
S ept 10: MCSO received a report
from a caller in Im gon that there
was a chrome M ongoose bicycle
in her front yard but she didn't know
who it belonged to.
-MCSO received a report from
a caller in Im gon o f a boxer dog
missing since Friday.
-Heppner ambulance received
a request for an ambulance for a 75-
year old female who was having
trouble breathing and was vomiting
and choking. The patient was
transported to Pioneer Memorial
Hospital in Heppner.
-MCSO received a request for
a deputy to check the caller's son's
residence. No one was supposed
to be living there.
-MCSO deputy reported pursuing
a vehicle that stopped and two
subjects ran from the vehicle. The
driver, a juvenile, stopped and
returned. He was cited for No
Operator’s License, No Insurance.
Deputies were unable to locate other
subject. The vehicle was impounded.
-M CSO received a report o f
mistaken identity. A male subject
was told there was a warrant for his
arrest. It was actually another male
subject with the same name but with
a different birthday that had the
warrant on him.
-MCSO received a 911 call from
Boardman with severe background
noise. It was confirmed the number
was dialed by m istake.
