Morrow County Commissioners,
Bev Bridgewater, o f the West
Extension Irrigation District,
presented an illustration o f the
pressurized system in Irrigon.
Commissioner John Wenholz noted
the need for individual authorization
to install pressurized lines along
individual county roads.
Bridgewater reported work
continuing on the 1997 project and
pointed out locations of some
related, proposed work. She said
that the project will replace all open
ditches with pressurized lines, and
she explained the process for
requesting lines. Wenholz noted
that each project will need a separate
permit and requested a map showing
all existing lines, explaining that
location of all utilities located in
county easements are a priority for
the county.
Director of the Commission on
Children and Families, Barbara
Hayes, brought before the court the
final RFP allocations and the grant
agreement with the state for this
fiscal year's funding. She explained
changes in the preliminary
recommendations. The court
requested some specific, related
information,
