The Morrow County ShenfFs
Office (MCSO) reports handling
the following business:
MCSO, Boardman Police Dept,
received a report of a dog running
through the neighborhood and
knocking over garbage cans in
Boardman.
MCSO, Boardman Police and
Fire depts. received a report of an
oven fire in an apartment in
Boardman.
The
fire
was
extinguished and there was no fire
damage.
April 23: MCSO, Oregon State
Police received a report o f an
erratic driver on Highway 730 from
Umatilla to Irrigon. No one was
in position to respond.
MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept., Boardman ambulance
received a report of an
unresponsive diabetic female in
Boardman. The patient was
.transported to Good Shepherd
Medical Center in Hermiston.
MCSO received a report of a
Golden Retnever lost the previous
Friday at Patterson Ferry Road in
Irrigon.
MCSO, Oregon State Police,
Boardman Police Dept, received
a report of a red pickup driving at
a high rate of speed. Justin Ensign,
21, was cited for Exceeding the
Maximum Speed, 91 mph in a 65
mph zone.
MCSO received a report from
a caller that his neighbor's dog was
tearing up the caller's yard and
chasing other dogs.
MCSO received a report of a
fire near the railroad tracks in
Boardman. It was a controlled
bum.
MCSO, Boardman Police Dept,
received a request for an officer
contact from a caller in Boardman
who said someone entered her
residence while she was gone.
MCSO received a request for
a deputy contact regarding advice
on a collection of a $1600 check
that was written in Imgon.
MCSO received a report of a
person with a superficial gunshot
wound that came into the
emergency room at Pioneer
Memonal Hospital in Heppner
during the weekend.
MCSO received a report that
little {$rl#kee)> driving V gott cart
on Knapp. Street in Imgon. The
girls were contacted and advised
not to drive the cart again.
MCSO received a request for
a deputy contact from a man in
Hermiston who was selling two
horses to people out of state and
hadn't gotten paid yet.
MCSO, Irrigon ambulance
received a request for an
ambulance for a 63 year old Imgon
man with a high temperature, chest
pressure and having difficulty
breathing. The patient was
transported to Good Shepherd
Medical Center in Hermiston.
MCSO, Hermiston Police Dept,
reported a missing juvenile was
found.
The juvenile
was
transported to the Umatilla Police
Dept, where a relative could pick
him up.
MCSO, Oregon State Police
received a report of a possible
DUII on 1-84 westbound. A van
was swerving and speeding.
MCSO

arrested
Rolando Gonzalez, 45, of Irrigon,
on two Merced County, California
warrants. He was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail.
MCSO, Boardman Police Dept,
received a report of a possible MIP
party and loud music coming from
the Desert Springs Estates in
Boardman. It was not a party, just
loud music.
April 24: MCSO received a
request to speak to someone
regarding staples the caller may
have possibly eaten by mistake
while she was eating her dinner.
Good Shepherd Medical Center in
Hermiston was called.
MCSO received a request for
assistance from a caller who was
having mental problems. Morrow
County Behavioral Health was
contacted.
MCSO received a report from
Oregon State Police that Christina
Kettlewell, 28, of Lacey, Wash,
was arrested on an Imgon Justice
Court warrant for Failure to Pay
Fine/Negotiating a Bad Check. She
was lodged at NORCOR.
MCSO, Boardman Police Dept
received a report o f a possible
DUII A pickup was driving around
Desert Springs Estates in
Boardman at a high rate o f speed
with its engine backfiring. The
vehicle was stopped and the driver
fled on foot. The passenger was
cited for MIP-Alcohol. The driver
was not located.
MCSO received a request for
a deputy contact. The caller had
been kicked out of her residence
after a dispute with her stepfather.
MCSO received request for
contact regarding some children
playing at a vacant house across
the street. The caller has had this
problem before.
Boardman Ambulance, MCSO
received request for ambulance for
a male with a possible broken leg.
The subject is at the City Park
basketball court in Boardman. One
subject was transported to Good
Shepherd Medical Center.
MCSO received report o f an
unwanted subject hanging out on
the caller's lawn. The subject
appears confused and does not
want to leave.
BPD received report o f a smell
from the neighbor's controlled

April 25: MCSO received
report of an erratic driver in a gray
minivan.
MCSO received report that a
woman had left her children in her
vehicle and one o f the children is
outside the vehicle. As call was
in progress the subject came out
of the store and back in the vehicle.
MCSO received report of a hurt
dog laying in the caller's yard and
she wants it removed.
Irrigon Fire Department
received report o f thick black
smoke near the front o f Columbia
Middle School.
Located a
controlled bum to the rear of the
school about a 1/4 of a mile away.
OSP received report of subjects
riding ATV's in the dunes in
Irrigon.
MCSO received report of a
boy's bike being stolen in Irrigon.
OSP received report that a grey
or brown sedan was parked along
the shoulder o f 1-84 westbound.
The caller advised there was blood
on the road and no one around.
OSP received report that the
caller's son is out of control and
tearing up the house.
MCSO received request to
speak with a deputy for her
husband has some property and
won't give it back.
April 26: Heppner Ambulance
received request for ambulance for
the caller's 78 year old husband
who has fallen down but still
conscious and breathing.
HPD received report that the
snack shack at Heppner High
School had been broken into and
requested officer contact.
BPD, MCSO received report
that two subjects had just
attempted to steal two bicycles
from her garage.
MCSO received report that the
caller's dogs went crazy. The
caller went out to see what was
going on and found a sign knocked
down in Irrigon.
HPD received report that an
emu was on the loose near the city
park.
April 27: HPD, Behavioral
Health received a 911 hang up call.
After two attempts to recontact,
subject answered and advised that
there was nothing wrong and then
hung up. It was later determined
that there was a verbal altercation
between the mother and daughter.
Morrow

Road
Department received report that
there were rocks all over the
roadway on Baseline Road.
BPD received an abandoned
911 call. After two attempts to
recontact, caller advised that there
was no problem and hung up.
BPD, MCSO received request
that the offices return to the caller's
residence and then hung up. Caller
was recontacted and further related
that his wife had returned home
and started throwing things.
BPD arrested Frank D. Ayers,
50, on a Salem Lane County
Circuit Court warrant for Failure
to Appear/DUII. Subject was
lodged at Umatilla County Jail with
$5,000 bail.
MCSO received report that a
subject won't let the caller have her
vehicle back.
MCSO received report that the
caller's neighbors dogs were
running at large and trying to bite
people.
MCSO received report that the
caller had received a phone
message from an unknown subject
stating she was sick and left a
strange number for contact.
MCSO received report that
three dogs were missing.
MCSO received request for

$20,000 bail.

pockets. The caller advised he
witnessed them drinking beer

oncoming traffic. This occurred
on Hwy 74 with the vehicle
heading towards Heppner.

1-84 westbound east o f Boardman
exit.
A pril 29: MCSO received
report o f a burglary alarm
activation at Sentry in Irrigon.
Advised it was activated from
motion on the showroom floor.
MCSO received a report o f a
break-in at Kegler^s Sentry Market.
MCSO, Heppner Police Dept,
received a report o f an Oldsmobile
with expired Alberta plates driving
around Heppner with three kids not
in seat belts. The vehicle was
currently parked on Water Street.
MCSO, Boardman Police Dept,
received a report of a found cat that
was sick and needed to be put
down. The cat was taken to
Hermiston.
MCSO received a report from
the manager of the Weary Traveller
Motel that a suspicious vehicle was
in the area the previous night. It
was parked in the lot, left, then
came back.
MCSO, Heppner Police Dept,
received a request for assistance.
David Holland, 46, was cited for
