Audomaro (Jesse) Victono:
One day in May o f 1981,
a car o f young men
came to our farm
looking for work to be done.
It was time to move mainline,
so Jesse started here that day.
This month we celebrate,
his 20 year stay.
We appreciate you Jesse,
for all that you do.
Tractor driving,
mechanic, irrigation,
just to name a few.
Big or small,
you can do it all.
We thank you and your family,
for all that you’ve done!

We would like to somehow find
the words to let everyone w ho has
been so extremely kind to us know
what their friendship means to our
families. We cannot thank the
staff at Pioneer Memorial Nurs
ing Home enough. These people
are the most wonderful people in
our community; they do one of the
hardest jobs around and are often
the least thanked. Thank you all so
much for being Grandma’s
“other” family; we could never
have gotten through this without
all of you. James, Sabrina, having
you with us that night was so
comforting. Dr.’s Datta, Wenberg
and Lori Straley, your gentle
bedside manners were greatly
appreciated.
Thanks to Pat Sweeney for his
much-needed sense o f humor;
you are such a professional and by
far the best in the business.
How do you ever thank friends
like the Allstotts and the Esteses?
You have always been our second
family, with perfect timing, a
much-needed hug and just the
right words. The dinner was so
delicious and very relaxing.
Thanks for doing it.
Thanks to all generous people
who sent cards, flowers, plants,
brought food, gave hugs or an
encouraging word. These things
will never be forgotten. Isn’t it sad
we never get to know how many
people our lives touch, before we
are gone. Grandma Schroeder
would have been so honored to
realize how many people really
cared.
It is true that our town doesn't
have a McDonalds or a Wal-Mart
and aren’t we lucky? We have
something in our small town that
will never be for sale at Wal-Mart
or ordered at a drive-up window,
and that is real and genuine people
who care sincerely for the other
people in their community. Some
times it takes a loss to make us
stop and realize how lucky we are
and there really is no place like
"Home".
Our sincere thanks from the
bottom of our hearts
