is conducting a Categorical
Exclusion on the proposed Cable
Rehab fuels reduction project. All
eight units are in Morrow County,
Oregon located at T. 4 S„ R. 28 E..

T. 5 S., R. 28 E., Sections 13-14,
23-24,28-29; 5 S„ R. 29 E„ Sections
29 and 32 surveyed.
The District proposes to reduce
the fire danger by eliminating much
o f the standing dead and down
woody material, reduce the levels
o f noncom m ercial suppressed
understory and jackpot bum and
underbum the sites to further reduce
the fire hazard and prepare the sites
for natural or artificial regeneration.

be completed during the next three
to four years as funding becomes
