The Morrow County Sheriff s
Office (MCSO) reports handling
the following business:
-MCSO, Oregon State
Police,

Dept.

Boardman
Ambulance, Imgon Rescue
received a report of another
vehicle accident on Highway
730. There were three people in
the vehicle. Two patients were
transported to Good Shepherd
Community
Hospital
in
Hermiston. It was reported that
the road conditions on Highway
730 were very icy (ODOT was
notified).
- Boardman Police Dept,
received a report of a burglar
alarm at the Bank of Eastern
Oregon in Boardman. The alarm
was accidentally activated.
-MCSO received a report
of a rear-end motor vehicle
accident. A woman and her
infant were transported by
private vehicle to Good Shepherd
Community
Hospital
in
Hermiston. The infant sustained
unknown injuries.
-MCSO
received
a
request for a deputy regarding
the caller's brother and sister-in-
law and a dispute over mail.
-MCSO received a report
of a letter received by Boardman
Foods that appeared to be a
scam.
-MCSO, Oregon State
Police received a report of a calf
out wandering near 1-84.

Dept, received a report from a
woman in Heppner that her dog
bit another woman on the leg.

received a request for an officer
contact because a small dog was
attacking the caller's chickens.
-Heppner Police Dept
received a report of three to four
juveniles hanging around the Red
Apple Market by the pop
machine. An officer was unable
to locate the juvemlas.
-MCSO received a report
of a couch in the middle of the
road on Highway 730, blocking
the westbound traffic.
-MCSO received a report
of a deer hit near Patterson Ferry
and a request to move it off the
road.
-MCSO cited Charles
Wyatt Lockridge II. 51. for Theft
III.
-MCSO received a report
of items stolen off a porch in
Boardman.
-MCSO, BPD received a
report of a motor vehicle
accident at the Port of
Morrow/Laurel
Lane.
Two
people with injuries were
transported.
-MCSO, Heppner Police
Dept, received a request for an
officer contact. The caller said
her daughter had been harassed
while at the high school.
- Boardman Police Dept,
received a report from a caller
whose said her sister had taken
her daughter's CD player.
Dorantes, 25, on and Irrigon
Justice Court warrant for Failure
to Pay Fine/Failure to Appear
Driving While Suspended. He
was lodged at Clackamas County
Jail with $1,287 bail.
-MCSO received a report
of kids having parties at a rock
pit near the caller's residence in
lone.
-Heppner Police Dept,
arrested Jeremy Carroll, 19, on a
Morrow County warrant for
Parole
Violation/Criminal
Mischief II. Bail was set at
$10,000. He was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail.
-MCSO received a report
from a woman that she found her
front door was kicked open when
she got home at Desert Springs
Estates in Boardman.
-MCSO received a report
that the American West Property
office in Boardman was heavily
vandalized. The owner was
contacted.

received
a
request for officer contact for a
woman whose home was
vandalized with obscene writing.
-MCSO
received a
request for a deputy to check on
a employee of a video store in
Irrigon who had been missing for
a week. His vehicle was still at
his residence. Contact was made
with the employee and contact
would be made with the
employer.
-Multnomah
County
Sheriffs Office arrested Trisa
Beth Hall, 24, on an Irrigon
Justice Court warrant for Failure
to
Appear/Providing
False
Information to a Police Officer.
Hall was lodged at the
Multnomah County Jail with
local charges and a hold placed
for Morrow County.
Jan. 11: MCSO received
a report of an audible burglar
alarm in Irrigon. It was a false
alarm.
-MCSO received a report
from a Mid-Columbia bus driver
in Imgon that a vicious dog was
scaring kids and the driver was
concerned for the kids' safety.
-MCSO received a report
from Boardman Foods that a
vehicle was abandoned in the
parking lot and had been there
for several weeks.
-MCSO received
a
request for a deputy contact from
a man in Richland who says his
ex-wife in Imgon always has
marijuana and he is concerned
that his two children live in
conditions where people are
always coming to the residence
for the marijuana.
-MCSO received a report
from A.C. Houghton School in
Imgon that a $1 counterfeit bill
had just been confiscated from a
student. The bill was copied on a
copy machine but looked real.
-MCSO received
a
request for a deputy contact for a
man in Umatilla who said two
vehicle titles had been taken by a
woman from a residence in
Imgon. The man thought the
woman had forged his signature
in an attempt to sell one of the
vehicles.

of a gun stolen in Boardman It
was unknown when the gun was
stolen.

request for a deputy contact from
a caller concerned about his
father. The caller believed his
father could do something drastic
rather than go to jail if a possible
sex abuse case was prosecuted.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Imgon who said
a 67-year-old female had fallen
and was having trouble getting
up. The caller would call back if
assistance was needed.

request for a deputy contact
regarding
neighbor's
dogs
wandering around in Boardman.
-MCSO received a report
from Morrow County Grain
Growers that someone had
tampered with anhydrous tanks at
the Lexington Grain Elevator.
-MCSO received an open
line 911 call from Boardman. It
was a child playing with the
phone.
-Heppner Police Dept,
received a report of an audible
burglar alarm at the Heppner
Elementary School.
-Oregon State Police
received a report of a stranded
18-wheeler along 1-84.
-MCSO received a report
from a woman in Hermiston that
a man threatened her on Dec. 26
in Lexington.
-Oregon State Police
received a report of a Ford 4x4
pickup pulling a horse trailer
eastbound on 1-84 that was all
over the road.
-Oregon State Police
received a report of a large piece
of plywood in the first lane on I-
84 westbound. It was a road
hazard.
-Boardman Police Dept,
received a call from Boardman
City Hall that they received a
report of someone abandoning
puppies under the caller's porch.
They requested officer contact.
-Boardman Police Dept,
received a request from a
Boardman woman for officer
contact regarding a Hermiston
man who keeps harassing her.
Cottage Grove Police
arrested Jill Rene Christian, 32,
on an Imgon Justice Court
warrant for Failure to Pay
Fine/Negotiating a Bad Check.
She was lodged at Lane County
Jail with other warrants and a
hold placed for Morrow County.
Bail was set at $471.
-MCSO received a report
of a verbal dispute between a
man and a woman at the 76
station in Imgon.
-Heppner Police Dept,
received a report of an
intoxicated male subject lying on
the sidewalk by St. Patrick's
Senior Center. Officer were
unable to find the male subject.
-Boardman Police Dept,
received a report of a group of
juveniles at an apartment in
Boardman who weren't supposed
to be there.
-Boardman Police Dept,
received an incomplete 911 call
from Boardman.
-Heppner Police Dept,
received a report of a male
subject outside the caller's
residence creating a disturbance.

Sheriffs Office, Oregon State
Police, Boardman Police Dept,
advised that on a traffic stop, the
vehicle driver and passenger
jumped out. Aurelio Canare
Rosas, 19, and Andnanna S.
Leal. 19, both Hermiston, were
cited for MIP-alcohol.

of six head of cattle out along a
road in Boardman. The owner
was located and the cattle put
back in.

from an Imgon woman that a
horse was in her yard and she
didn't know who the owner was.
-MCSO received a
request for a deputy contact from
Imgon regarding visitation times
with the caller's children.
-MCSO received a report
of a found black lab in lone.
-BPD, MCSO received a
report of an audible burglar
alarm at Sam Boardman
Elementary School in Boardman.
-MCSO received a hang
up 911 call from Imgon. The
residence was contacted and all
was okay.
-MCSO. Heppner Police
Dept, received a request for
officer contact regarding the
caller's daughter who said her
step-dad grabbed and bruised
her.
-MCSO received a report
of a lost horse in Imgon. The
horse had been reported found
earlier in the day.

State Police received a report
from the Pasco Police Dept, of a
possible
homicide
suspect
believed to be on the Greyhound
bus heading to Biggs. The
suspect was not on the bus.

received a report of a subject
possibly suicidal. All was okay.
-Boardman Police Dept
received a report from a subject
in Boardman that her car was
scratched and she knows who did
it.
-MCSO received a report
of a female subject banging on
the door and threatening the
caller in Imgon.

County
Behavioral Health received
another report of a possibly
suicidal subject from a different
caller. All was okay and Morrow
County Behavioral Health made
contact with the subject.

previously was stolen property
from the Tigard Police Dept.

of a wedding party in lone.

Health received a report from a
male subject that a female
subject was at his home
destroying property. The subject
was arrested on two counts of
criminal mischief. She was
lodged at Umatilla County Jail
with $12,000 bail.
-MCSO received a report
of a white pickup driven by a
male subject traveling between
the Imgon Learning Center and
Imgon Mobile Court that
stopped occasionally and was
using a flashlight by the road.
MCSO. Oregon State
Police received a report of a
possible DUII on 1-84 at the
Boardman rest area. Officers
were unable to locate the vehicle
Jan. 14: MCSO received
a report from Oregon State
Police of a $10 driveoff from a
truck stop lh Umatilla. The
vehicle was suspected to be in
Imgon.
-MCSO received request
for phone contact from a deputy
concerning a civil custody issue
regarding caller's ex-husband,
who has failed to return her three
and four-year-old daughters on
time.
-OSP received report of
a 35 to 40-year-old male at the
Boardman rest area acting
strange, then leaving westbound
in a U-haul truck, with the
driver's window broken out.
-MCSO received an
abandoned 911 call. When caller
was recontacted he then said two
red cows were tearing down his
fence and were on his property
-UCSO received report
of a pickup and trailer possibly
dissabled blocking the Umatilla
Bridge
-MCSO received report
of a suspicious male in the
Wildlife Refuge restricted area.
Subject was located walking on
railroad tracks. Deputy was
unable to make contact and the
subject wasn't observed doing
anything wrong.

Department received report of
someone breaking into caller's
shed and subjects got into his
reloading equipment Caller also
reported seeing the subjects
leaaving the shed. The caller's
liquor was also stolen about a
week ago.
-HPD cited two juveniles
for Burglary II and Criminal
Trespass I, concerning the
previous call. All were cited and
released.
-HPD cited one subject
for MIP/Tobacco. Subject was
cited and released.
-HPD received report of
an audible burglary alarm with
lobby motion at Klamath First
Bank in Heppner. Turned out to
be painters who would be
working that day and the next.
-MCSO received report
of a black lab puppy in
Boardman coming over to
caller's house. Puppy belonged
to the neighbors and caller
wanted them only warned.
-MCSO received report
that the same dogs that were in
caller's cows last year were in
them again. Caller wants the
deputy to respond.
-MCSO received report
from a woman who said she was
involved
in
stealing her
grandmother's checks with her
boyfriend and her boyfriend is
now calling her and threatening
her life.
-BPD received report
from a man that his wife blacked
out for a short time. She is not
pregnant, doesn't take any
medication and doesn't want
ambulance response.
Caller
wants a deputy to check on his
wife but refused any medical
response that night.
-Boardman Ambulance,
MCSO, BPD received request
for an ambulance for caller's 45
year old husband who was
experiencing severe pain in the
left side of his face. He has no
medication, was conscious and
was breathing fine. Subject was
transported to Good Shepherd
Hospital.
-Irrigon
Ambulance.
MCSO received request for an
ambulance for a female who was
experiencing trouble breathing.
The subject was transported to
Good Shepherd Hospital.
HPD arrested Joseph
Edward Kindle, 20, on a Morrow
County Circuit Court warrant for
Parole Violation/Assault IV and
Theft II. He was lodged at
Umatilla County Jail with
$30,000 bail with no local
charges.
-MCSO received request
for contact regarding the caller
receiving rude phone calls.
Jan. 15: MCSO cited

of kids throwing rocks at caller’s
horse and hitting the horse in the
eye.
-MCSO received report
of theft of the caller's livestock
panels.
-HPD received report of
an audible burglary alarm with
lobby motion at Klamath First
Bank in Heppner. Turned out it
was just painters.
-BPD received report of
a suspicious person behind
Habdoc Apts. Upon response
deputy was unable to locate
anyone
-HPD received report of
a subject locked out of a vehicle.

received
report of a Hazmat incident
with 65 gallons of oil spilled
in
a
driveway
in
Boardman.
-MCSO received report
from deputy that he was giving a
subject a courtesy ride to
Boardman 76-Station
-MCSO received report
of a subject that broke into a
location, took some stuff and
trashed the place
-MCSO received report
of a neighbor's dog howling in
Boardman
-MCSO received report
from a deputy saying a bone a
man had found earlier at the
marina in Irrigon turned out to be
an animal bone
-Devin Towing. Road
Department received report that
a blue Chevy Cavalier had slid
off the road near Shaw Creek due
to the road conditions. There
were no injuries, they just needed
towed.
-MCSO. OSP received
report of a semi on the
westbound ramp of I-84/Hwy
730junction had its trailer roll on
its side blocking There were no
injuries.
-BPD. MC SO, Umatilla
County Sheriffs Office. OSP.
Hermiston PD received report of
a burglary suspect who was
reported to have robbed a subject
o f $40.

16:
MCSO
received report of a continual
barking problem. Animal was
located, but unable to determine
if resident was home, will
attempt contact at a later time.
-BPD received report of
a car alarm that has been
sounding for five minutes.
Location
of vehicle was
unknown. The locks on the
vehicle were frozen.
-BPD received report of
impounded vehicle due to subject
Driving While Suspended-1 and
Driving Uninsured.
-MCSO received report
of a panic alarm. It was a
homeowner error.
-HPD received request
for officer for caller's neighbor
who plays loud music every
night until 10 or 11 pm and
caller's daughter couldn't sleep.
-MCSO received request
for officer from a subject who
said someone just drove*by and
threw a rock at caller's window .
No damage was done to house or
window . There was no suspect
or vehicle information.
-MCSO received report
on 1-84 westbound there is an
older four-wheel drive vehicle
off the road w ith flashers on and
no one around.
-MCSO received a 911
call from an unknown female
saying that she needed police
help, then left the line open and
said nothing more. Dispatcher
could only hear another female
saying, "You're not taking the
baby."
-MCSO received report
of a dark red Firebird follow ing
caller all over Imgon for 10-15
minutes. When caller was able to
lose the vehicle he phoned in.
-MCSO cited Beverly A
Cragun, 42, for Harassment.
-HPD received report of
a person seen inside Peterson's
Jewelry store 10 minutes ago.
Subject was tall, wearing a
baseball cap. Caller advised
subject did not appear to be
owner. It turned out the owner
was removing items from
window display
Jan .17: MCSO received
report of a suspicious vehicle in
Boardman Sentry parking lot
without lights on.
-MCSO,
Boardman
Ambulance received report from
a man that his wife was not
•concious or breathing. He
declined to perform CPR Per
deputy she died of natural causes
and had a history of diabetes
-Eddie Joe Rios, 37. was
served a Morrow County Circuit
Court warrant for a parole
violation/Felon in Possession of
a Firearm. He was already lodged
at Umatilla County Jail.
-MCSO received report
from a woman who said she was
involved in an incident the
previous night and was remov ed
from a household, even though
she was a victim. She said she
needed to get her belongings and
wanted to speak to deputy
regarding this issue.
Caller
called back shortly after and
advised that she was leav ing and
will call back the next day.
-MCSO received request
for contact from a woman
regarding telephone harassment
by her husband's ex-wife
