She said she called earlier this week to report a telephone harassment from him. -MCSO received another report that caller's ex-boyfriend is driving by her residence and he continues to harass her. -MCSO received report that caller's renters had moved out and possibly left a meth lab. It turned out that it wasn't a meth lab. Jan. 18: BPDciteda 17- year-old juvenile for Unauthorized Entry of a Motor Vehicle and Theft K.KK He was cited and released to his parents. Jan. 19: Multnomah County Sheriffs Office arrested Timothy Todd Glaze, 29, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear Forgery II with SI.000 bail and an Imgon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine Driving While Suspended w ith $780 bail. -MCSO received an abandoned 911 call from an Imgon residence. Everything was okay. -MCSO received report of a subject w ho lost his keys. -OSP received report of a semi truck on 1-84 westbound going 70 or plus mph in icy conditions. ’ -MCSO received request for phone contact regarding suspicious phone calls that caller had received in Boardman. -MCSO cited a 12-year- old boy for Theft III. -MCSO received report of w ife who says she is afraid of her husband. She said she was afraid he might hurt somebody on his way home from drinking and hds physically abused her in the past. -HPD received request for officer at Heppner Elementary School because a third grader left the playground. -MCSO received report of a stray pit bull found at Riverview Trailer Park. Caller had the dog tied up. -MCSO received report that a large dog has been hit by a vehicle and is lying near the sign at the entrance driveway of the Oasis Rv Park in Imgon. -MCSO received 911 hang up call from Columbia Middle School in Imgon. Upon call back a young male answered and said someone was just on the phone but he wouldn't say who it was. -MCSO received report of a disabled vehicle just north of Cutsforth Comer. Advised this is a MVA involving a nurse in a company car. It was non injury, offroad. Jan. 20: MCSO received request for deputy contact regarding information on renter's rights for a friend. -MCSO received report of a big black lab roaming around the Riverview Motel in DEQ finesUkiah gas station owner $63,800 The Environmental Quality Commission March 9 denied Ukiah resident Dan Vincent's appeal of a $63,800 fine issued by DEQ in February of last year. Vincent, who operates Dan's Ukiah Service gas station, was fined for failure to obtain an underground storage tank general operating permit registration and for failure to provide records to DEQ when requested, according to a DEQ news release. According to the release, Vincent claimed the fine represented a financial hardship. The commission in hearing Vincent's case last November, asked him to provide documents proving the fine would be a financial hardship. DEQ says that he failed to provide documentation and also failed to appear before the commission on March 8 as requested. According to the release, the commission will ask the state Attorney General’s office to contact Vincent to establish a long-term payment plan with DEQ to pay the fine. 1 Boardman. -MCSO received request to talk to deputy regarding a car caller was buying. -OSP received report of a semi with no other lights but head lights. -MCSO arrested Frank Blaine Engelman, 39, on a Morrow County Circuit Court W arrant for Parole Violation/Possession of a Controlled Substance with no bail. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO, BPI) received report of a fight in progress. Caller had second hand information and didn't know how many were involved. -Heppner Ambulance, HPD received request for ambulance for a male with head injury from a fight. Pressure was applied to the bleeding. Subject was conscious. There was no transport -HPD arrested Ricky Lee Hines, 42, for Assault I with $25,000 bail. He was lodged in Umatilla County Jail. Jan. 21: MCSO received report of two males who got caught attempting to take items out of caller's boat in his yard. Caller advised subjects were intoxicated and he did not want to press charges. -MCSO received report of two horses taken during the night. -OSP received report of a semi truck on 1-84 westbound that was tailgating and speeding at 80 mph. -MCSO received report of a small pup that kept coming into caller's yard and making a mess. It was unknown who the owner is. -MCSO received request for officer for a possible bad check someone was trying to cash. -MCSO received report of a stray dog at the Mobile Court. The owner is unknown but caller knew someone who would take the dog. Caller wanted to know if this was ok. -MCSO received report that the caller's neighbors have been gone more than 24 hours and they have a three-month-old boxer with no food or water and also two cats, one with a broken leg being neglected. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a request for an officer for a verbal dispute between the caller's brother and elderly mother. The brother had been drinking, but had no weapons. -BPD received a report that a neighbor was fighting with a subject who left in a pickup. The caller would call back if the subject returned. -MCSO received received a report from a male subject who advised that his daughter left the location an hour before stating she didn't want to stay there. The juvenile returned. January 22: Morrow County Sheriffs Office received report from a deputy that she would be removing aluminum pieces from the roadway on Hwy. 73C. -MCSO received report that the caller and her neighbor were just in a physical altercation because she was turned in for animal neglect. Neighbor was back at her own residence, but she threatened the caller. -MCSO cited Betty Nunnery, 33, for Harassment I. She was cited and released. -MCSO received request for contact regarding forged checks on caller's account by his ex-wife. -Oregon State Police received report of a purple Mitzubishi all over the road on I- 84 going westbound. -MCSO received report of caller's son being harassed and lots of drinking going on at her son's father's residence. -MCSO received request for contact regarding the caller getting her stuff from her mom's residence. -MCSO received request for contact regarding telephone harassment. -MCSO received report of OSP recovering a stolen gun for BPD. -M C SO d e p u ty accompanied staff fromServices for Children and Families on a home visit in Imgon. -MCSO received report of caller's daughter being assualted the previous day in Imgon. -ODOT received report of boulders in the road one mile northwest of Lexington. -OSP received report of a white pickup with a black flatbed speeding and passing unsafely on Hwy. 207 near Lexington. MCSO received report of caller's ex-boyfriend breaking up her house. Only she and her baby were present at the time. Deputy advised male not to go back or have contact with the female or he will be charged. Male called sheriffs office and advised he has marks where she assaulted him. He said he didn't want to press charges and wanted no contact. -Boardman Police Department, MCSO received report of five juveniles attempting to cause trouble after the game in Boardman in front of the school where busses pick up. -OSP received report that caller's mom who lives in The Dalles had received calls from a ■male statingi'he is her son and needed, bail money as he is lodged in Norcor on a hit and run. Norcor had no subject lodged by that name. The call was transferred to OSP. January 23: BPD received report of a loud stereo system. Subject was contacted and advised to quiet down. -MCSO received report of a Security Dispatch guard stranded on 1-84 westbound and out of gas. Driver was given ride to Imgon and back for gas. -MCSO received report of a vehicle parked playing loud music. Occupants were contacted and advised to tum music down. -MCSO received request for deputy to asist with an interview in Imgon. -MCSO received report of caller receiving another foreign country scam letter. OSP received report of a brown, older pickup off the road on the Ione-Boardman Road. The pickup appeard to have rolled. •> Onesubject was transported to the hospital -OSP received two reports that two subjects who appeared to be intoxicated were in a brown older pickup westbound on Hwy. 730. The pickup was reported to have left Bake's and traveled to Greg's Tavern where both men got out and went inside. -MCSO received report that a subject at BPD had been beaten pretty bad. -MCSO received report from a subject that her mom's boyfriend assaulted her. pulled and pushed her and hit her in the head and face. Caller said her hands were bleeding, but she requested no medical attention. -MCSO cited Anthony Melius, 34, of Imgon for Harassment/Interfermg with making a report. -MC SO received report that a subject broke into caller's house in Boardman and stole her TV, VCR. Sony Play Station and other items. -BPD received report from a woman that she was using a pay phone when another woman harassed her and used profanity. -OSP received report of a MVA on Hwy. 97. The vehicle is on its top. There were no injuries and the vehicle was not blocking traffic. A caller later reported slick roads and a vehicle is partially in roadway on its top. -BPD received report of an old Pontaic parked along Boardman Ave. that had been there awhile. -Stanfield Police Department arrested Lucas Stafford-Phillips. 19, on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Contempt of Court/DUII. He was lodaged at the Umatilla County Jail with no bail. -MCSO received a report from a subject in Imgon that his mother had locked her keys in the car. The Morrow County Sheriffs Office report's handling the following business: January 24:Morrow County Sheriffs Office received request for contact regarding a threatening letter that a student received’ at Columbia Middle School. -Stanfield Police Department arrested Lucas Stafford-Phillips, 19, on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for contempt of court/DUIL He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with no bail. :MCSO received request for deputy contact because caller's ex-husband was at her residence threatening her. -Oregon State Police received reportof a possible DU II on a tractor/trailer pulling a flatbed truck traveling westbound on 1-84 from Boardman. -OSP received report of a Lincoln, four door, town car, beige in color with two occupants not speeding, but driving down the middle of the Interstate. -OSP received report of a truck going westbound on 1-84 speeding at 70 mph-plus. -Imgon Fire Department received report of an illegal bum in Imgon. -OSP, MCSO received report that a subject was picked up for violation of no contact order and a female subject was picked up as a runaway. The girl's mother was going to Pendleton to pick her up. -MCSO received report of someon who took a half a bale of hay and threw it all over caller’s shop in Imgon. Caller advised her shop was clean when she left. -OSP received report of a 911 hang up call. January 25:M CSO received request for deputy assistance with trooper on a stop involving four subjects at Patterson Ferry. -MCSO received report that someone is blocking caller's driveway. It's an ongoing dispute. Caller related that they had left, while she was on the phone but she still requested phone contact. -MCSO received report that a subject had failed to return a movie that he had rented. The subject had left a $272 deposit of which caller had returned $200 on the condition that the subject would return the movie. He hasn't. The subject was present at this time at the video store. - Bo a r d ma n , Pol i ce Department, MCSO received report that there was a male and two juveniles at the neighbor's house and caller knew that the neighbors were on vacation. The subjects were trying to open a window. -Boardman Fire Department, MCSO received report that the Ready Mix Shop in Boardman is on fire. It turned out that the shop was not on fire, but a dump truck there was. -MCSO received report that there was a burglar alarm at the front door of the Boardman BMCC annex. -MCSO received report that a panic alarm was activated by a key pad at a residence in Imgon. -MCSO received request for deputy to make an appearance at the Columbia Middle School dance that night. -OSP received report that a white. Crown Victorian with three occupants on 1-84 eastbound was speeding and driving recklessly. January 26:OSP received report of a suspicous vehicle parked near caller's residence. Caller reported that the vehicle had steamed up windows and male occupants appeared to be shining some type of light. -HPD received report of an unknown substance on caller's car and the ground. It appeared to be white blotchy stuff. -MCSO received request for contact regarding a possible warrant for caller's arrest. -MCSO received report from a female subject in Heppner that someone in New York was trying to buy computer stuff using her father's name and credit I card. -OSP received report of a truck/trailer stuck and blocking I- 84 eastbound near Cabbage Hill. -MCSO received request from a Boardman woman to talk to deputy about neighbor's dogs howling. -MCSO received report of an audible alarm at Riverside High School's at the front door of the shop. It was the heating and cooling repair man doing repairs. -MCSO received a 911 hangup call.
