physical. No weapons were
observed and the parties
separated.

lighting planned
The Boardman Chamber of
Commerce is sponsoring the
annual Boardman Community
Tree Lighting on Wednesday,
Dec. 6.
The community is invited to
gather at the city hall parking
lot at 6 p.m. for the ceremony.

BMCC to offer
Christmas class
Blue Mountain Community
College will offer a Christmas
centerpiece class on Saturday,
Dec. 16, beginning at 10 a.m. at
lone High School.
Students will use seasonal
greens to create a masterpiece
for their own table.
Jannie Allen of lone is the
instructor and she insists that
even people who think they are
not creative can make a
centerpiece to be proud of.
Students should bring a
container in which to build their
centerpiece.
Cost of the class is $10 and
preregistration is encouraged.
