report from Umatilla County
Sheriffs Office of road rage.
The parties were separated and
standing by for contact by
Division and Hoop 'N Holler lane
in Imgon and Knapp street in
Irrigon.

Sheriffs Office received report
of a cow out on the north end of
Miller lane.
Owner was
contacted and the cow was to be
moved.
-Medic 3, Boardman Fire
Dept, received report of an
ammonia leak in a refrigerated
room in Boardman.

Ambulance, lone EMT, MCSO
received report of a motor
vehicle accident with unknown
injuries The vehicle flipped and
lights were still on. The victim
was located at her residence and
was transported by a friend to the
hospital.

17:Irrigon
Ambulance received report of a
subject in Irrigon with a possible
broken hip. The 65-67 year old
female was conscious. She was
transported to Good Shepherd
Hospital.
-OSP received report of
several vehicles parked on R.D.
Offitt land trespassing.
-MCSO received report
from Morrow County Behavioral
Health requesting contact from a
deputy concerning a client killing
a family cat. The case was taken
for Animal Abuse I.

None was available, but deputy
would make contact with caller
when available.

two-vehicle
motor

accident on Hw^. 730. Two
subjects were transported to
Good Shepherd Hospital in
Hermiston.

of a verbal dispute between a
female and her boyfriend. He
was at the location refusing to
allow her to get her clothes and
leave.
-OSP received report of
a vehicle on 1-84 hitting the
guard rail and stopping along the
white line
Driver was still
sitting in vehicle.

Department received report of a
transient-looking subject causing
problems at the Boardman 76
Station, sitting at the on-ramp of
1-84, eastbound.
-Boardman Ambulance
recieved report that a 33-year-old
male had severed fingers from
the first knuckle on three
fnngers. He was transported to
Good Shepherd Hospital.
-MCSO received report
of someone entering a shop in
Imgon and stealing gas out of
several gas cans and a 20"
chainsaw.
-Heppner
Police
Department received report of
someone cutting the padlock off
a shed. A scanner and digital
camera were stolen.
-Boardman Ambulance.

received request for ambulance
for a 24-year-old male, conscious
with difficulty breathing, having
chest pains and throat pain. He
was transported to Good
Shepherd Hospital.
-BPD received report of
a juvenile
missing
from
Sandpiper Apts, in Boardman.
-BPD received report of
a dog on Main street in front of
Boardman PD that was causing a
traffic hazard.
-MCSO received request
for deputy at Columbia Middle
School; Imgon to cite a juvenile
for MIP/tobacco.
-MCSO received request
from

Hermiston for a deputy to assist
with traffic control at a funeral in
lone at I p.m.
-MCSO received report
of a cell phone had been stolen
from a pickup in lone.
-MCSO received report
of an audible burglar alarm at
Bank of Eastern Oregon ATM in

Imgon. It was a false alarm

for contact regarding rental
property in Heppner

for visitation

for deputy concerning a vehicle
that blew through a bus stop The
bus had its red lights on.

of stolen jewelry and a subject
tried to stab caller with a knife.

house was fully engulfed.

Shepherd Hospital to transport a
patient from Good Shepherd to a
residence in Imgon.

for officer concerning a caller's
yard.
-October 18 MCSO
received request for officer to
make phone contact to answer
questions about giving a ticket
for parking behind another car.
The person w ho is blocked had to
leave for a fire call with the
volunteer fire dept.
-MCSO received request
for ambulance for 41-year-old
male who just had a horse fall on
him. He was transported to
Good Shepherd Hospital.
-BPD received report of
a missing two-year-old boy. The
child was located.
-MCSO received report
that a 15-year-old had run away
again.
-BPD received report of
an audible alarm at the Port of
Morrow' administration building.
It was a scheduled event.
-BPD received request
for a welfare check on parents in
Boardman. Subject attempted
phone contact and heard a very
strange noise on their answering
machine. Officer found no one
home and will check back.
-BPD received request
for officer regarding a family
fight.
Rafael Ramos-Bererra
was in custody for Assault IV-
Domestic, C Felony. He was
transported to Umatilla County
Jail with $7,500 bail.
-BPD received report of
a subject en route to Boardman,
intoxicated, and had been fired
that day for drinking on the job.
Juan Antonio Sauceda-Sanchez,
41. was cited for DUII. He had
a Blood Alcohol Content of .21.
He was released to appear. He
was also cited for DWS-Inf and
no insurance
He was also
arrested on a warrant for
Criminal
Driving,
DUII,
providing false information to
the police officer, with $20,000
bail and Failure to Pay
Fme/DUII, with $2,825 bail
required in full. Failure to Pay
Fine/DUII, $1,270 bail required
in
full,
Failure
to
Appear/Menacing. $10,000 bail,
and Violation of Release
Agreement, $10,000 bail. The
vehicle was towed and subject
was lodged at Umatilla County
Jail.
-MCSO received report
of a potato truck off the road on
its side. It was a non-blocking,
non-injury accident.
Owners
were to return in the morning to
remove it.
-MCSO received report
of a false alarm. Subject had
opened a window and then called
sheriffs office to see if alarm
company had called.
October 19: MCSO
cited two Heppner juveniles for
Criminal Trespass I.
-MCSO cited a juvenile
for MIP/tobacco.
-MCSO received request
for deputy at Columbia Middle
School to cite a student for theft.
-HPD received report of
harassing phone calls
in
Heppner.
-MCSO,
Morrow
County Road Dept, received
report of a very large hole in the
asphalt left after an 1 accident.
The road dept, was on the scene
making repairs.
-MCSO received request
for assistance in contacting
caller's husband. He was at the
Willow Creek Golf Course and
she needed to advise him that
their house is flooding. The
message was delivered.
-MCSO received report
from a subject who said he lost
his dog on his way back to
Kennewick after picking up a
truck load of alfalfa. He was
somewhere between Patterson
Ferry
Rd.
Irrigon,
and
Kennewick. The dog was a
yellow lab wearing a green
collar.
-BPD arrested Richard
James Sams, 50, on a Morrow
County Circuit for Failure to
Appear/Non Support. He was
lodged at Umatilla County Jail
with no bail.
-Boardman City Crew
received request for city crew
personnel for a crew working a
quarter of a mile west of
Wilson/S Main for emergency
identification of utility lines
where they are digging.
-MCSO received report
of a possible DUII. It wasn't a
DUII.
-Heppner Fire Dept,
received report of an alarm from
St. Patrick's Senior Center. A
fire in one of the rooms was
under control.

an
ambulance for a female feeling
sick and with shortness of breath.
She was transported to Good
Shepherd Hospital.

received request from Boardman
Foods for an ambulance for a
female in her early 20's w ith a
knee injury from a fall. She was
transported to Good Shepherd
Hospital.
-MCSO received report
of several juveniles throwing
rocks across Hwy. 730. near the
trailer court. MCSO received a
second call from subject who
reported that they were throwing
a football. The deputy made
contact with two juveniles in
posession of a football at the
station.
-BPD arrested Jody Lynn
