The Morrow County Sheriff's
Office (MCSO) reports handling
the following business:
-MCSO cited Jared Dean
Eckman, 19, Shane David
Matheny, 19, Riley Jack Tingue,
20, and a 16-year-old juvenile for
MIP alcohol
July 24: BFD, MCSO
received report of a fire at the
Boardman canal east of highway
730. Several fires were located
due to 'sparks thrown from the
train.
-MCSO received report
of a suspicious vehicle following
the fire units as they put out the
fires.
-MCSO received report
of a utility trailer missing from a
shop in Boardman. Caller later
advised that son-in-law had it
and to disregard call.
-MCSO received report
of locks on bathrooms at Imgon
Manna damaged.
-MCSO received request
for deputy regarding parking at
Homer's Fruit Stand.
-MCSO received report
of a dog running loose on Hwy.
707.
-BFD received report of
a brush fire on 1-84 at the
Boardman rest area.
-MCSO received report
of a motor vehicle accident on
Little Butter Creek. It was a
non-injury, non-blocking.
-MCSO received report
of audible burglar alarm in
Boardman.
-BPD, MCSO received
report from a child in Boardman
that two big boys were fighting
in front of his house. They left.
-MCSO received report
from a Boardman man that his
wife had taken their kids and
won't let him see them. A
restraining order was in process
of being served.
-BPD received report of
a lab running through the streets
that knocked a kid off his bike.
-MCSO received report
of a suspicious male in his 50's
following little girls around the
pool. Suspect was caught in the
woman's changing area the
previous week.

of gun shots heard coming from
a vehicle at Irrigon Mobile
Court.

of two males banging the door
and ringing the bell at a
Boardman residence.
July 25: MCSO, BPD
received report of the sound of
glass breaking at an upstairs from
a Boardman residence.

report from a Boardman woman
that another
female was
screaming and trying to get in
her residence.
-MCSO received report
from an Imgon woman that the
goats are out of her yard.
-MCSO
received
complaint about a truck parked in
the road way in front of Greg's
Tavern.
-OSP received report of
a deer hit that needs to be put
down on 1-84.
-MCSO received report
of loud music at a Boardman
residence.
-MCSO received report
of a possible DUII all over the
road on 1-84.
-BPD received report of
5 to 6 juveniles throwing rocks at
the windows of a Boardman
residence.
-BFD, MCSO received
report of a motor home on fire at
the Boardman rest area.
-MCSO received report
of people m a car that wouldn't
let the caller pass and was
making obscene gestures.

of a semi taking up both lanes on
1-84.

that a subject 86'd from the
Imgon Manna was back again
being vulgar and rude.

Office arrested Tony Edward
Williams, 40, on an Heppner
Justice Court warrant for Failure
to Pay Fine/Failure to Appear.
He was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail with $1,388 bail.

of a vehicle blocking the road by
the fruit stand across from city
hall on Hwy. 730.
-BPD received report of
a fight between three males in
the parking lot at Columbia View
Apartments in Boardman.
-Jeremy W. Bradford,
20, was arrested for resisting
arrest and disobeying parole. He
was lodged at Umatilla Couny
Jail with $15,000 bail.
-Arlington FD received
report of hot spots on Hwy. 74 at
county line.
-MCSO received report
from a Boardman woman that
another woman keeps calling her
residence and threatening a
restraining order had been
served.
-HPD received request to
get a statement from a subject
who may have witnessed an
assault between a woman and her
brother.
-MCSO received report
from an Imgon woman that her
roommate was at the residence
causing problems and refusing to
leave.
-MCSO received report
of a picture stolen from and
Imgon residence.
July 26:
MCSO
received report of a well house
broken into and a well damaged.
-Eugene PD arrested
Robert Craig Maker, 24, on
warrants
for
Probation
Violation/Rape III with $20,000
bail, Failure To Pay Fine/Theft II
with $671 bail, Failure to Pay
Fine/Fumishing Alcohol to a
Minor with $620 bail. He was
lodged at Lane Co. Adult
Corrections with additional
warrants through Umatilla Co.
Providing False Information to a
Police Officer with $672 bail.
July 27: Hermiston PD
arrested Thomas Clavis Chavis,
46, on an Heppner Justice Court
warrant for Failure to Pay
Fine/Harassment. He was lodged
at Umatilla Co. Jail with $496
bail.

Ambulance
received request for ambulance
for an Irrigon woman with a
history of asthma having trouble
breathing.
-OSP received report of
dogs attacking another dog in
Imgon.
Caller knew dogs
owner.
-MCSO received report
of mail stolen out of a mailbox in
Boardman and subject was using
their credit card.
-MCSO
arrested
Timothy Hoyt Sherwood, 44, on
an Heppner Justice Court warrant
for Criminal Trespass H. He was
released but also had a warrant
out of Springfield PD.
-BPD received request
for an officer concerning a
custody dispute.
-MCSO received report
of a subject who sold two
computers to people who were
using a forged or stolen credit
card. Subjects who were traced
to Imgon, gave a bogus name.
-OSP received report of
an erratic driver on 1-84

Fire
Department received report from
manager at Irrigon Marina that
he had to chase a subject out of
the park again.
-Hermiston PD arrested
Tami R. Ritchie, 35, on an
Heppner Justice Court warrant
for Failure to Pay Fine/Criminal
Possession of rental property.
She was cited and released.
-MCSO received request
for deputy concerning a person
requesting money for use of a
private pool.
-BPD received request
for info on a possible restraining
order violation.
-SCF received report
from a Boardman woman who
says she has another subject’s
son.
-MCSO received report
of a dispute over belongings in
Irrigon.
-MCSO received report
of a custody dispute from both
persons in the dispute. Male says
the female won’t let him pick up
his daughter.
Female says
daughter has the flu and says
male identified himself as a
police officer to get heT address.
She also said he had a gun.
-BPD, Morrow Co.
Behavioral Health received
report of a woman missing from
Boardman.
-MCSO received request
from a female for someone to
pick her up in Ruggs. But then
she said never mind. She was a
possible missing person.
-MCSO received report
from a female in Imgon that
another female with an eight-
year-old boy said her husband
beat her up and dropped her and
the boy in a field. The alleged
victim left the residence before
deputies arrived.
July 28: BPD received
report of a light green T-Bird
driving erratically with a loud
muffler.
-BPD, MCSO received
report of an attempted break-m
of a car at the Outbacks.
-Hermiston PD received
report that the missing person
reported earlier was located.
-MCSO received report
of lines stolen from a boat at the
Imgon Marina the previous
night.
-MCSO received report
of six head of cattle found m a
pasture in Imgon.
-MCSO received report
of a subject lying back in his
pickup on Wilson Rd. It was a
disabled vehicle.
-MCSO received report
of an audible burglar alarm at
A.C. Houghton. The security
company said that someone
claiming to be Ron Anthony, the
principal, was at the school. It
was confirmed and everything
was okay.
-MCSO received report
of a VCR stolen in Boardman.
-MCSO received a report
of a dead fawn in the road on
Washington in Imgon.
-BPD received report of
a back hoe that hit a power pole.
-MCSO received request
for a security check.
-MCSO received a 911
hang up call from a Boardman
residence. Everything was ok.
-MCSO arrested Gary
Leone Jones, 41, for Assault
IV/Harassment. He was lodged
at Umatilla County Jail with
$10,000 bail.
-OSP received report of
a Plymouth Voyager driving fast
on 1-84.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon female that an
ex-boyfriend, whom she has a
no-contact order against, has
been calling her.
-MCSO received report
of a dog in Irrigon chasing kids.
-MCSO received report
of a restraining order violation in
Boardman.
-MCSO deputy, while
out on a dog call, heard a
domestic situation in Irrigon.
The female left the house with
the children and no arrests were
made.
-MCSO received request
for deputy concerning an obscene
message left on an answering
machine.
July 29:
MCSO
received request for a deputy
from a woman who says she is
separated from her husband and
is locked out of their house and
wants to get her belongings. She
said her lawyer said she could
break a window to get them.
-Umatilla PD arrested
Jose Luis Sanguino, 34, on an
Irrigon Justice Court warrant for
Failure to Pay Fine/Driving
While Suspended.
He was
lodged at Umatilla County Jail
with $489 bail.
-MCSO received report
of trespassers on Hardman area
property cutting wood with
extreme fire danger.
-MCSO received report
of a possible field fire east of
Butte Creek in Umatilla Co.
Hermiston PD were advised of
situation.
-MCSO received report
of problems with a restraining
order.
-MCSO received report
of a male dog in an Irrigon yard
trying to get to female dog.
-MCSO received a 911
hang-up call at an Irrigon
residence. Everything was ok.
-Irrigon FD received
report of a truck on fire in
Irrigon. Fire was out.
-MCSO, OSP received
report of a dodge Neon going 90
mph, weaving. There were no
officers available in the area.
-OSP received report of
trucks "flying" by an Irrigon
house fighting, trying to run each
other off the road.

Ambulance received request for
ambulance for a possible broken
leg. There was no transport.
-BPD received report of
males drinking and driving.
-MCSO received report
of a disturbance at a wedding at
the Port of Morrow.
-MCSO received report
of a person who had hit a power
pole at Kegler’s Sentry now
attempting to leave.
-MCSO received report
of a possible burglar in process
in Imgon.
-MCSO received report
from a woman that her daughter
was being harassed by other
juvenile girls.
July 30:
MCSO
received report from a subject
that she was harassed at the
Watermelon Festival and when
she left to go home the girls
followed her and were at the
front door.
-MCSO deputy advised
she was with an intoxicated male
on Hwy. 730. She gave him a
nde home.
-MCSO deputy advised
she was with another intoxicated
subject who she gave a ride to
the Irrigon 76 Station.
-MCSO received report
of a juvenile missing since 8 p.m.
on previous night. Juvenile, who
was at the Watermelon Festival,
called home.
-MCSO received report
of suspicious activity with a car
full of teenage boys using caller’s
easement road to go back to a
grove of trees and hang out in
Irrigon.
-MCSO received report
of all four tires on a vehicle
slashed the previous night.
-MCSO deputy advised
he was assisting in DUII arrest.
-MCSO advised of a
non-injury accident on Hwy. 730.
-MC Behavioral Health
received request for someone to
speak to a male subject who was
"contemplating." Caller called
Sheriffs Office back and said he
was feeling better.
-BPD, MCSO, BFD
received report of a vehicle fire
on 1-84.
-MCSO received report
of someone locked out of his
vehicle at Willow Creek Country
Club.
-MCSO received report
of suspicious alarm with a garage
door found open.
-MCSO received report
of a mail box smashed on Hwy.
74.
-MCSO received report
from a subject who said he'd
gotten a message that his wallet
was found and was at MCSO.
-MCSO received report
of a male "streaking" on the
rocks at the Irrigon Marina.
Subject left in a gray Toyota.
-MCSO received report
of a physical fight between a
couple with a child present in
Irrigon.
-BPD, MCSO received
request for officer from a man
who said males confronted his
wife and were saying things to
her in Spanish.
-MCSO received report
of two teenage boys on one of
the sail boats at the Irrigon
Marina.
-BPD received report of
people at the lagoon behind
Tidewater with a campfire, when
approached were intoxicated and
nasty.
-MCSO received report
of two subjects fighting with a
female subject in Lexington. It
was mostly verbal, but some
physical.
-MCSO received report
of barking dogs in Boardman.
-MCSO, BPD received
report of two cars full of
juveniles fighting.
-MCSO received report
of several vehicles in Boardman
with loud music and subjects
drinking beer.
-MCSO received report
from a subject who says his
landlord's wife is in his residence
breaking things and is refusing to
leave.
-Boardman Ambulance
received report of a seven-year-
old who fell off the top bunk of a
camper and received a puncture
wound to the head. He was
transported to Good Shepherd
Hospital.
-BPD, BFD received
report of an eight-year-old
female with her knee stuck in the
playground at the Boardman City
Park.
-MCSO received report
that

Last Chance fruit stand in Imgon
without paying and another
subject took $40.
-MCSO arrested Juan
Luis Villegas, 24, Boardman on
a MC warrant for Failure to Pay
Fine/lllegal Possession of Deer.
He was cited and released with
$211 bail.
-MCSO received request
for information concerning
custody.
-MCSO received report
from a female that her ex has had
a gun and was after her or her
daughter. Subject was stopped.
Deputy was unable to locate a
gun.
-BPD received report
form a Boardman subject that
some kids had pointed a toy gun
at his kids. He requested an
officer.
-MCSO received report
of five young subjects speeding
through Irrigon Manna on wave
runners.
-MCSO received report
from a subject who said he was

granddaughter's welfare.
-MCSO received request
from a man to check on his
daughter.
-MCSO received report
form a female subject that a
neighbor is calling her kids
names. She asked for a deputy.

that a neighbor was yelling at a
subject in Irrigon.

a missing juvenile.
-MCSO received report
of a male bitten in the face by a
stray dog in Irrigon.
-MCSO received report
from a Boardman woman that
her daughter was struck in the
face by a block of wood by a
male subject.
-MCSO, BPD received
report of a subject who took an
unknown amount of pills and
locked herself in the bedroom.
MC Behavioral Health was to
assist.
-OSP received report of
a burglar alarm at the Imgon
Learning Center. It was an
employee error.
July 31:
MCSO
received report from Hermiston
PD that an Imgon woman was
having trouble with her nine-year
old son.
-MCSO received report
from a woman that a vehicle
almost hit her at the Irrigon
Police Office.
MCSO received a report of a
subject bitten in the face by a
stray dog.
Boardman Police Dept, re­
ceived a report of a female struck
in the face by a block of wood.
Boardman Police Dept, re­
ceived a report of a female who
took an unknown amount of pills
and locked herself in the bathroom.
Morrow County Behavioral
Health was called to assist.
Aug. 1: Oregon State Police
received a report of a burglar
alarm at the Imgon Learning Cen­
ter. It was cancelled as it was an
employee error.
Boardman Police Dept, ar­
rested John Earl La Grow, 30, on
a Gilliam County Circuit Court
warrant for Attempting to Elude
Police/DUII. He was lodged at
the Umatilla County Jail with
$20,000 bail.
MCSO received a report from
an Imgon woman of telephone
harassment. A female tried to call
their house collect.
MCSO received a request to
speak to a deputy concerning a
domestic dispute that occurred in
Lexington.
MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report of three
males at the Boardman Texaco
and one took a pair of sunglasses.
He was still in the parking lot.
MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report from an
Irrigon man that he gave two ju­
veniles a ride from the Marina to
the Irrigon 76 station and he no­
ticed that his gun was missing. A
16 year old girl was charged with
Theft I and Unlawful Possession
of a Firearm. She was lodged at
the Juvenile Detention Center.
The Morrow County Juvenile
Dept, was notified.
MCSO, Oregon State Police,
Boardman Police Dept, received
a report that there was a lot of
screaming at a Boardman resi­
dence. All was okay, it was a
party.
MCSO received a request for
a deputy concerning a custody is­
sue.
Heppner Police Dept, received
a report of three juveniles, two
girls and a boy, spraying paint cans
and lighting the fumes with a
lighter. An officer was unable to
locate anything.
Aug. 2: Boardman Police
Dept., Boardman ambulance re­
ceived a request for an ambulance
for a 23 year old female possibly
hallucinating. She was semi-con­
scious. There was no transport
made.
Boardman ambulance received
a request for an ambulance for a
70 year old woman who was nau­
seous and having dizzy spells. The
patient was transported to Good
Shepherd Community Hospital in
Hermiston.
MCSO received a report of
dogs “doing their thing” in the
caller’s yard in Irrigon.
MCSO received a report of
neighbor’s dogs getting into gar­
bage.
MCSO received a report from
an Imgon subject that he was as­
saulted by his brother. He called
back and changed his mind, with­
drawing the report.
Oregon State Police received
a report of a motorhome all over
the road and speeding.
MCSO received a report of a
pickup dumping garbage on the
Bombing Range Road.
MCSO received a report of
trespassers at a gravel pit in
Imgon.
Oregon State Police arrested
Hector Pacheco-Morales, 26. on
a Morrow County Circuit Court
warrant on one count of Encour­
aging Child Sexual Abuse I. 13
counts o f Encouraging Child
Sexual Abuse II and five counts
of Official Misconduct. He was
lodged at the Umatilla County Jail
with $250,000 bail.
MCSO, Boardman ambulance
received a report of a 49 year old
female who blacked out and was
in and out of consciousness at
Dodge City. She was complain­
ing of a severe headache. The
patient was transported to Good
Shepherd Community Hospital in
Hermiston.
MCSO received a report of an
erratic driver on 1-84 who was
speeding and was all over the
road.
Heppner Police Dept, received
a report from a subject who was
pet sitting that he checked on the
dogs and they were gone and
things looked strange around the
residence.
MCSO received a report from
an Irrigon man that while he was
on vacation, his ex-wife broke i
window to get into the house anc
took stuff that wasn’t hers.

MCSO received a report of a
possible DUII on Highway 730.
Aug. 3: Irrigon ambulance re­
ceived a request for an ambulance
for a female subject with an arti­
ficial hip who was in severe pain.
The patient was transported to
Good Shepherd Community Hos­
pital in Hermiston.
