The Morrow County Court is
seeking a contractor to paint the
exterior o f the Morrow County
Courthouse (to include windows,
bell tower and other trim) located
at 106 E May St., Heppner,
Oregon. Contractor will provide
all material, labor and supervision
necessary to complete the project
in accordance with the specifica­
tions set forth herein.
Job Specifications
1. Using 28 gauge standing
seam metal roof system.
2. Install 1 x 4 horizontal
stripping.
3. Apply one coat exterior
alkyd enamel (white).
4. Install condensation control
blanket over entire roof.
5. Flash all roof penetrations
6. 10 year workmanship
warranty.
7. Contractor shall supply all
labor, supplies, material and
supervision necessary to com­
plete the
job
8. Job shall be complete on or
before November 23, 2000.
Contract Specifications
1 . Examination Prior to
submitting a bid, Contractor shall
examine these specifications, and
shall become informed o f any
existing conditions and/or limita­
tions. Contractor shall rely en­
tirely upon his or her own
examinations in making a bid
proposal and shall fully perform all
o f the obligations required by the
contract for the sum so bid.
2. Independent Contractor
Contractor shall be performing as
an independent contractor and
shall provide all equipment, labor,
materials, and supplies necessary
to perform the project, including
any controls, switches, etc.
