Office (MCSO) reports handling
the following business:

report of a drive off for $ 12 from
the Boardman Texaco. Deputy
was unable to locate anyone.

Imgon. Everything was ok.

loud music in a red Honda Civic
on Paul Smith Rd.

of a strange car in a woman's
driveway in Imgon. The car was
moved.

Ambulance received report of a
disabled vehicle on the side of the
road with a man lying on the
ground in front of the vehicle and
a woman leaning over him.
-MCSO received report
of three cows missing in Imgon.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon woman that she
went to a house to take care of the
dogs and a woman yelled at her
and threw a cigarette in her car.
-BPD received report of
someone threatening to vandalize
a residence.
-MCSO deputy arrested
Efiodoro Flores-Macias, 38, on a
Pendleton Sheriffs Office warrant
for Failure to Appear/Driving
While Suspended felony. He was
lodged at Umatilla County Jail
with $50,000 bail.
-MCSO received report
from an Imgon woman that her
husband was assaulting her. The
male left. It was a verbal dispute
only.
June 12:
MCSO
arrested Jeffery Lynn Blanchard,
42, for DUII, Violation of Basic
Rule 82/55, possession of less
than one oz. of marijuana.
-MCSO received report
from a woman that a garbage
truck hit her fence and house on
Root Lane, Boardman.
-MCSO received call
concerning the welfare of a
woman. Caller was concerned
about alcohol and domestic
violence.
-MCSO cited Rita Marie
Modugno, 34, with assault
IV/Domestic Felony.
-MCSO received report
from a woman that a stray dog
came into her yard, killed
chickens and fried to attack her
father.

June 13: BPD received
report from a woman that she
heard a person jump on her roof
and believes he still may be up
there.

vehicle, which hit three parked
lawn mowers, was described as a
full sized black pickup with a
canopy.

of a puppy and a Husky missing
in Heppner.

from a woman that she knows
where her runaway son is.

received request for an ambulance
for a 55-year-old man in and out
of consciousness with broken ribs
having a seizure and a lot of
pain.
-HPD received report of
an alarm at Heppner Elementary
School.
-MCSO received report
of a missing juvenile located. He
was transported to his residence.
-MCSO received report
from a female subject that her son
was shoving her.
-MCSO received request
to deliver a death message.
-MCSO received report
of a Suburban running a stop sign
in Boardman. Officer was unable
to locate anyone.
-MCSO received report
of a bike stolen in Imgon.
June 14: MCSO deputy
reported he was out with a male
juvenile walking near 1-84 on
Hwy. 730. Deputy gave subject
a ride home.
-HPD received report of
dogs in a woman's yard tearing up
the trash.
-Received report of a
non-injury motor vehicle accident
in Boardman.
-OSP received report of
an officer and vehicle on side of
construction zone on 1-84. Driver
was on passenger side with his
head tilted back.
-BPD received report of a
motor vehicle accident between
two semis at the Boardman 76
station. The vehicle that hit the
other vehicle left; the victim was
still there.
-MCSO received request
for phone contact in a landlord
tenant dispute.
-MCSO received report
of two vehicles trespassing.

ambulance for a 45-year-old male

them tearing up a bench at the
school tennis court.

his neighbor smoking pot.

for contact concerning animal
control. The dog was captured.

a subject. BPD arrested Mano
Cardenas, 28, Boardman, for
Burglary I, Criminal Mischief I,
Criminal Trespass I, Assault IV,
and coercion with $52,000 bail.
He was also arrested on Criminal
Trespass II with $1,500 bail. He
was lodged at Umatilla County
Jail.

of an audible alarm at Potlatch.
The building was secure.
Sprinklers and the wind seemed
to be the cause.
-BPD received report of
an older intoxicated male passed
out in the field behind a residence
after he had relieved himself on
the comer of the residence.

June 15:

request for an ambulance for a
woman experiencing problems.
She was ok and there was no
transport.

an interior door burglar alarm in
Irrigon.
-BPD received report of
two loose Rottweillers in
Boardman.
-BPD received report of a
suspicious person watching
people through binoculars on the
railroad tracks near the park.
-Gresham PD arrested
Randall Andrew Heiser, 36, on an
Irrigon Justice Court warrant for
Failure to Appear/Driving While
Suspended. He was lodged at
Multnomah County Jail with
$621 fine.
-MCSO received report
of missing male chocolate lab in
Irrigon.
-MCSO received request
for assistance in Irrigon.
-CSEPP received report
of a bomb threat at the Umatilla
Chemical Army Depot.
An
identified object was found at the
incinerator site. The depot was
evacuated.
