of Commissioners (the “Board”)
of the Port of Morrow, Oregon
(the “Port”) will hold and conduct
a special public meeting which is
to begin at 9:00a.m. on April 20,
2000. The special public meeting
will be held at the regular meeting
place of the Board, at the offices
of the Port, located at Two Ma­
rine Drive, Boardman, Oregon

The purpose of the meeting is
to consider the adoption of a bond
resolution authorizing the issuance
by the Port of up to $4,360,000
pollution control revenue refund­
ing bonds for the purpose of re­
funding the $4,360,000 currently
outstanding Port of Morrow, Or­
egon Pollution Control Revenue
Bonds (Idaho Power Company
Boardman Project) Senes 1978.
The bonds to be refunded were
issued by the Port to provide funds
to Idaho Power Com pany, an
Idaho corporation (the “Com ­
pany”), pursuant to an agreement
to finance or refinance a portion
of the costs o f the Com pany’s
10% undivided ownership interest
in certain sewage or solid waste
disposal or air or water pollution
control facilities. The Board may
also consider other matters related
