annual campaign and manage the
local office. Responsibilities will
include leading fund-raising activi
ties, superv ising one staff mem
ber, budgeting, recordkeeping and
verifying accounting procedures.
This position requires self-mo-
tivation and the ability to work ef
fectively with a wide variety of
individuals & organizations. Good
communication & presentation
skills are a must, along with orga
nization & management skills.
Knowledge o f recordkeeping &
accounting is required in order to
oversee fiscal activities. Fund
raising experience is preferred.
The selected candidate must
be bondable, possessing a valid
OR driver’s license, reliable trans
portation and insurance. A BA/
BS is preferred — appropriate
combination of education & ex
perience will be considered. The
Executive Director must be a
Umatilla County resident with a
commitment to improving human
services in the county.
