the words “trustee” and “benefi­
ciary” include their respective suc­
cessors in interest, if any.
Also, please be advised that
pursuant to the terms stated on the
Deed of Trust and Note, the ben­
eficiary is allowed to conduct
property inspections while prop­
erty is in default. This shall serve
as notice that the beneficiary shall
be conducting property inspec­

Dan Brosnan reported at the
January 12 county court meeting
that the city of Heppner approved
and signed the Willow Creek
Valley
Enterprise
Zone
agreement and approved Greg
Sweek as zone manager.
The court approved expanding
the janitorial contract for
cleaning of Boardman facilities
to include the Docken Building.
The court approved the format
of a resolution for the formation
of a Baker-Morrow regional
partnership for the purposes of
community
and
economic
development.
The court also:
' -approved reappointment of
Andrea Denton and Comne
Lindsay to another term on the
Commission on Children and
Families;
-approved switching long
distance service to Share;
-agreed to readdress a contract
for a particular service with a
person who is also an employee;
-continued a discussion with
County Counsel Bill Hanlon of
the livestock district issue.
Judge Terry Tallman reported
that Judge Pryor o f Gilliam
County has asked if the county
needs support from Gilliam
County on CSEPP issues.

Van Arsdale reported on the
cutting of brush on Highway 730
in Imgon; mowing on Wilson,
Kunze and Peters roads; work on
the Pine City Bridge; plowing of
snow on upper Buttercreek,
Blake's Ranch and Cutsforth Park
area; widening and building up
of shoulders on Social Ridge;
and the request for bids on the
Masey Ferguson backhoe.
Van Arsdale also reported a
Boardman property owner's
concern about a road that a
survey shows lies partially on his
property; planned placement of
utility lines is one issue.

Efrain Murillo, Jr.
Efrain M urillo, Jr., 18, o f
Boardman, died Tuesday, January
11,2000, at Hermiston.
Funeral services were held Fri­
day, January 14, 2000, in the
chapel at Burns M ortuary of
Hermiston. Burial followed at
River View Cemetery in Board-
man.
Efrain was born October 6,
1981, at Hermiston, to Gloria and
Efrain Murillo, Sr. He was raised
at Stanfield and attended Stanfield
schools. He had recently been
employed at the Wal-Mart Distri­
bution Center in Hermiston.
He enjoyed water and snow
skiing, hunting, basketball, and
spending time with his family and
friends.
Survivors include his parents,
Gloria and Efrain Murillo, Sr., of
Boardm an; his grandparents,
Irene Arellano in Mexico, and
Valentin and Narcisa Lomas of
U m atilla; a siste r, N infa o f
Corvallis; brothers, Abraham,
Cain and Omar, all of Boardman;
and many other relatives.

Bulletin Board
Seventy-two meals were served at the senior meal site January 12
and 21 meals were home delivered. Members of All Saints Episcopal
Church served. The Senior Center Board met after the meal. Blood
pressures were taken at 11 a.m. The video, the Enchanted Island, was
shown in the recreation room in the afternoon. The menu for Jan. 26 is
honey baked chicken, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, coleslaw with
pineapple, blueberry muffins and birthday cake. The Church of the
Nazarene and the Seventh-day Adventist church will serve.
The movie "Mrs. Doubtfire was shown Thursday afternoon in the
recreation room. Movies will be shown on Thursday afternoons at 2
p.m. on a trial basis, since it is too cold to have them at night.
Exercises are held at 10 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday. Pinochle is
played Tuesday and Friday afternoons at 1 p.m. Bingo is played every
Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The Go-for-It table is in operation again on Wednesdays. New and
used items are needed to keep a variety of articles available for
purchase. The proceeds help keep the Senior Center running. Please
also bring in your Red Apple receipts in and put them in the jar in the
office. They are totaled and turned in to Central Market each month.
