MCSO, Oregon State Police, ODOT, Boardman Police and Fire Dept., Boardman ambulance, Morrow County Behavioral Health received a request for help from a male subject for abusive behavior. The subject attempted suicide. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a request for information from a subject concerning his friend who hadn’t returned. Oregon State Police received a report of a subject almost run off the road on Highway 74 north of lone by an elderly man driving a white pickup, pulling a white trailer. There were no injuries. MCSO received a report of a burglar alarm at Riverside High School. It was the contractors. MCSO received a request for a welfare check from a female subject on her daughter and her husband. They were contacted. MCSO received a report of a dog tangled in a fence in Imgon for days. MCSO received a report of a trespassing vehicle at the county reservoir. Boardman ambulance received a request for an ambulance to the police dept, for a subject having a reaction to stop smoking medica­ tion. The subject refused trans­ port. MCSO received a report of a vehicle hit and run at the Irrigon BP station. The vehicle left the scene and headed toward Boardman on Highway 730. MCSO received a report of a burglar alarm at Huwe’s Wash­ board in Irrigon. It was a false alarm. MCSO% received a report of a vehicle that crashed into an em­ bankment on Highway 730 in Irrigon. It was a non-injury acci­ dent. MCSO deputy arrested Mario Prado-Romero, 44, for DUII. He blew a .2. M Aug. 8: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a fight in progress between a male and female in Boardman. Clinton Litticotie, 18, was cited for MIP- . Alcohol. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report of two cars driv­ in g by a residence with several people hanging around the area. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report that a sub­ ject from an earlier incident in Boardman was hiding outside a fem ale’s residence. Clinton Litticotie, 18, was arreste*! for Burglary I and Harassment and was lodged at the UCSO jail. He was taken to the emergency room en route for lacerations from barbed wire. MCSO received a report of neighbor’s dogs in Imgon tied up in the sun and barking. MCSO received a report from a female that her daughter was assaulted in Irrigon the previous night. Highway Dept, received a re­ port of a bank area on Highway 74 that appeared to be caving in. MCSO received a report of an illegal bum in Imgon. MCSO received a report of a car missing in Irrigon. liie caller said he was too drunk to drive and left it. Oregon State Police had it towed. MCSO, UCSO, Benton County received a report o f a worrian screaming, “Oh God no,” at an unknown location. Heppner Police Dept, received a request for an officer from a woman who said kids who had been playing at her house spilled what she believed to be marijuana. She said the kids threatened her son. Aug. 9: MCSO received a re­ port of a Cessna believed to be at the Lexington Airport that was overdue returning to Prineville. The pilot made contact and all was okay. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report of a Dodge Mag­ num left with the keys in it that was stolen while the owner .went into the grocery store. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report of a couple fight­ ing and a possible drunken driver in Boardman. Pendleton Police Dept, and Service to Children and Families received a report o f a stolen pickup recovered in Pendleton. The pickup was stolen by a seven year old child. MCSO received a report of a male threatening a woman and her husband. MCSO received a report of trespassers fishing at Carty Res­ ervoir. Francisco Noe Chapa, 27; Diego Ramos, 58; Gotero Leonel Chapa, 18, were cited for Crimi­ nal Trespass II. MCSO received a report of a hang-up 911 call with kids laugh­ ing. It was from a pay phone. MCSO received a report of a white suburban that was all over the road on 1-82 towards Imgon. MCSO received a report of dirt bikers trespassing up and down the canal in Boardman. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report from a man that there was a car at his wife’s apt. MCSO received a report of neighbor’s dogs barking in Irrigon. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report of an intoxicated male being verbally abusive to workers and customers. Anthony Todd Richards, 33, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and was lodged at the UCSOjail. MCSO deputy arrested Phillip Hendricks, 37, for Initiating a False Report. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of cus­ tomers at the C & D being ver­ bally abusive. MCSO received a report of a female opening doors on two neighbors’ vehicles and removing something from one of them. Oregon State Police, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of 10-12 males standing in front of the Irrigon Market and the BP station who were acting strangely. Oregon State Police received a report of a two-vehicle accident on Highway 730, milepost 181, with property damage. MCSO received a report of two houses in Irrigon egged the previous night. Boardman Police Dept, ar­ rested Tyler Blain Davis, 26, on an Imgon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Aiding in Game Violation. Davis was lodged at the UCSO jail with a hold for MCSO and other warrants. MCSO deputy arrested Jose Jimenez Sanchez, 32, on an Imgon Justice Court warrant for DUII. Boardman Police and Fire depts. received a report of a mo­ torcycle on fire on Columbia Lane near the Lamb-Weston turn-off in Boardman. MCSO received a report of a condo egged in Imgon two night previous. MCSO received a request to speak to a deputy concerning a neighbor problem. MCSO received a request to speak to a deputy regarding acus- todial problem. MCSO received a report from a man in Imgon that his 14 year old son ran away. He was located in Hermiston. Aug. 10: Heppner Fire Dept, received a report of smoke on Water Street in Heppner. It was a bum barrel and the residents put it out. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report of a dog barking. Oregon State Police, Medic 3 received a report of a single ve­ hicle, non-injury accident on 1-84 eastbound. MCSO deputy arrested Sharon Lynn Koontz, 34, on a warrant out of La Grande for Parole Violation/ Assault IV. Boardman Police Dept, ar­ rested Steven L. Weaver, 41, on a detention warrant for Parole Violation. Weaver was lodged at the UCSOjail. MCSO deputy arrested Raymond Forest Amola, 57, on a La Grande warrant for Theft I, Negotiating a Bad Check. It was put out before the fire dept, could respond. MCSO received a report that someone keeps calling a Lexing­ ton residence and was told not to call back. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report of a number that keeps calling a Lexington resi­ dence. Heppner Police Dept, received a request to remove a subject from a Heppner residence. Aug. 11 : Heppner Police Dept, received a report of two small black pickups with loud music play­ ing. MCSO received a report of a dead goat next to the guardrail by a driveway near Heppner. MCSO, Heppner Police Dept, received a report of cows out by Willow Creek Park and heading for the highway. Heppner Police Dept, received a request for an officer at a Hepp­ ner business. MCSO received a report of a semi stuck in sand on the side of the road on the Bombing Range. MCSO received a report of a threatening note stuck on a piece of wood in a truck in Boardman saying, “You’re going to get it to­ morrow.” MCSO received a 911 call from a male who said his dad hit his mom. The call was traced and the mother said all was okay-the son was crying because she threw a table. MCSO received a report of a man beating a woman in a brown Ford Ranger at the Irrigon Ma­ nna. j Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a bike found in the dumpster at Central Market. MCSO received a report from a man of an altercation with an­ other man in a white pickup. The driver was reported to have a gun and flipped other driver off. MCSO, Boardman Fire Dept, received a report of a brush fire at the Bombing Range Road that happened when a trailer snapped inhalf. MCSO received a report of a fire alarm at Heppner High School Painters set off the alarm. MCSO received a report of a motion alarm at an Imgon ad­ dress. It was a false alarm. MCSO received a report of an audible entry alarm at A.C. Houghton in Imgon. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report of a neighbor’s dog underneath a porch. MCSO received a report of an audible alarm at Cascade Special­ ties. Two doors were open. MCSO deputy arrested a 17 year old in lone for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Sub­ stance. MCSO deputy observed three vehicles parked behind the lone Market and three juveniles fled on foot. One vehicle was identified and the deputy spoke to a parent. MCSO received a report of an entry alarm at A.C. Houghton. It was a false alarm. Aug. 12: MCSO received a report of a neighbor’s dog tearing up things and harassing animals at a Boardman residence. MCSO received a request for an officer concerning the previ­ ous entry. MCSO received a report of cows out again in Boardman. Boardman Fire Dept, received a report of a grass fire at the east end of Oregon Hay and the rail­ road tracks. Boardmari Police Dept, re­ ceived a request to deliver a mes­ sage of a death in the family. Heppner Police Dept, received a 911 call which was traced to a fax machine on Main St. in Hepp­ ner. Oregon State Police, Board- man Police Dept, received a re­ port of 2-3 people possibly going to fight at the Boardman east- bound rest area. MCSO received a report of a neighbor’s dogs chasing a man everyday when he gets his mail in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of an enquiry from a woman as to whether she would be arrested if she pickets a bus. MCSO received a report from a woman who wanted an un­ wanted car off her property. MCSO, Heppner Police Dept, received a report pf a roaj^rqject kicking up a 'lo t o f dust on Fairview Way. MCSO deputy arrested Della Sue Renaud, 46, Boardman, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Dnving while License Suspended. MCSO deputy arrested Blaine Jay Miller, AKA Bradley James Miller, 20, for Criminal Mischief II and Reckless Driving. Miller was cited and released. He was also charged with MIP and Fur­ nishing. Beth Diamond, 18, was also cited for Furnishing and MIP. Aug. 13: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a request for assistanc in locating a suspect of an Assault II that occurred in Hermiston. Arlington and lone Fire depts. received a report of a wheat field fire near Eight Mile. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report of a dnve-off from the Boardman Chevron. Oregon State Police received a report of a pickup in the ditch at CMS. MCSO received a report of a man pushing another man and re­ fusing to pay for gasoline at the Imgon BP station. MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of three subjects in a grey Chevrolet driving reck­ lessly, hitting a fence, getting stuck, then were belligerent. By­ standers were holding them until law enforcement officers arrived, but the subjects ran into a field. Noe Emanuel Sanchez, 18, of Boardman, was cited for Reck­ less Driving, Failure to Perform the Duties of a Person Involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident with Property Damage, and No Insur­ ance. MCSO received a report of a boat ashore across from the Imgon Marina. The owners were okay; the boat was disabled. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of an on-going problem with dogs. Boardman Police Dept re­ ceived a report from a man who said while he was assisting a man whose semi was stuck in the sand, the driver hit his wife m the hand with a board. She was transported to the hospital by private vehicle. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report of boys walking across the bridge who were al­ most hit by a semi. MCSO received a report of kids on the Willow Run Golf Course in Boardman hitting golf balls. It turned out the golf course was sponsoring the First Annual Night Light Golf Tournament Aug. 14: Boardman Police Dept, received a request for an officer for an ongoing dog prob­ lem. Hermiston Police Dept ar­ rested Thomas M. Bradford, 19, on a Morrow County warrant for Menacing, Assault II, Attempting C Felony Assault II, Assault III, Menacing. Bradford was lodged at the UCSOjail. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of an audible alarm at Heppner High School. The alarm was cancelled. MCSO received a report that a male entered a female’s home uninvited and touched her inappro­ priately. MCSO, Heppner ambulance, lone Quick Response team re­ ceived a report of a 70 year old woman with a possible heart at­ tack. The patient was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner. MCSO received a report of a domestic dispute in Lexington. The woman left the residence with a child. Klickitat County Dispatch ad­ vised of a call from a man in Roosevelt who said his wife was windsurfing and is now in the middle of the Columbia paddling to the Oregon side. The windsurfer was located on the shore and was given a ride to the Arlington Marina Park where her husband was advised to meet her. MCSO received a report of a unwanted female at a Lexington address. She left while the caller was on the phone. The woman later said she was invited and the man struck her in the chest. Ri­ chard Elmer Ruhl, 48, Lexington, was cited for Assault IV. MCSO received a report of a motion detector alarm at Huwe’s Washboard in Irrigon. MCSO received a report from a man in Lexington who is miss­ ing a wallet and he believes a woman took it the previous night. Oregon State Police received a report of a buck believed to have been poached on a ranch. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a dog biting a three year old child. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning people leav­ ing a county road and going up onto a canal. MCSO received a report of a male subject who was very intoxi­ cated at the Irrigon Market. Boardman Fire Dept., Board- man ambulance received a report of a two-car accident with inju­ ries on Wilson Road. One male patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. Elizandro Mendoza Garcia, 23, was arrested for DUII. He blew a .21. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning dogs chas­ ing cattle in the caller’s pasture. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report from a man who said juveniles who were drinking offered some to his children at the Good Sam Campground in Board- man. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a request for officers for juveniles offering alcohol at the cam pground. Joshua Todd Vandeventer, 18. and a 17 year old were cited for MIP by Consump­ tion. Aug. 16: MCSO received a report from a man that he still can’t find his wallet. MCSO received a request for a deputy from a woman who wanted assistance in getting her things from a Boardman resi­ dence. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of two broken windows at Heppner Elementary School. MCSO received a report of a male subject at a residence in Boardman and he wasn’t suppose to be there. No restraining order was found. MCSO received a report of a near head-on collision in Board- man. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report of loud music at Wilson Road Trailer Court. MCSO received a report of an elderly man slumped over a-car wheel on Bombing Range Road. He was just resting but was ad­ vised to drive further up and off the road. Aug. 17: MCSO received a report of an altercation between two men in the Heppner area. One subject, who was intoxicated, had taken a backhoe and pushed the other man’s pickup into the ditch after he refused to take the intoxicated man into town. The man who had his pickup pushed into the ditch was sitting on his front porch with a shotgun wait­ ing for law enforcement. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report of an unwanted female at a residence who was refusing to leave. MCSO received a report of a motion alarm at Irrigon Learning Center in Irrigon. It was a false report. Heppner ambulance received a report of a male with chest pain. The patient was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner. MCSO received a report of a possible DUII, with a black Nissan all over the road. Boardman Police Dept, re­ ceived a report of two stolen bikes. Oregon State Police received a report of a black vehicle all over the road on 1-84. Boardman Police Dept., Boardman ambulance received a request an ambulance for a child who had swallowed something. The child was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston by private vehicle. MCSO received a report from a Boardman man that he had re­ ceived a call from a man who said he was with the Oregon Council of Police Association and re­ quested money to help fight crime in the schools.
