Local singing sensation Lisa
Nix Lowary will be performing
at the upcoming Morrow County
Fair on Friday, Aug. 20, at 6
p.m.
This talented and beautiful
young lady, who resides in
Pendleton, is the daughter of
Walt and Charlene Nix, formerly
of Heppner, and now living in
Hermiston.
Lisa, having spent her
childhood growing up in
Heppner and singing to old 45
records, has now grown up to
become one of the hottest
sensations in local country
music performance.

County Fair, opening Aug. 18.
