Office (MCSO) reports handling
the following business:
Oregon State Police received
a report of a strong odor of pro­
pane or natural gas on 1-84 mile­
post 169.
Boardman ambulance received
a request for a 77 year old woman
with breathing problems. The pa­
tient was transported to Good
Shepherd Community Hospital in
Hermiston.
West Irrigation District re­
ceived a report of a cow in the
canal at Patterson Ferry Road.
MCSO received a report of a
missing vehicle in Boardman.
MCSO received a report of a
vehicle all over the road between
Lexington and Heppner. An of­
ficer was unable to locate the ve­
hicle.
MCSO received a request for
the Irrigon ambulance for a child
who had fallen down stairs and
was unconscious.
MCSO received a report of a
possible DUII headed towards
Irrigon on Highway 730.
MCSO received a report that
a car reported missing earlier was
found.
Boardman Police Dept, re­
ceived a report of a strange dog
bothering children. One child was
scratched by the dog.
Boardman Police Dept, re­
ceived a report of a wallet stolen
at the BP station in Boardman.
Salem Police Dept, arrested
Heidi Ann Koepke, 23, Salem, on
an Irrigon Justice Court warrant
for Failure to Pay Fine/Possession
of Less that One Oz. of Mari­
juana. Koepke was lodged at the
Marion County Jail.
Boardman Police Dept, re­
ceived a report of a fire extin­
guisher used in the laundry room
at Colum bia View Apts, in
Boardman.
MCSO received a report of
loud music in Boardman. One
male was cited for Violation of a
Morrow County Noise Ordinance.
MCSO received a report from
a woman in Boardman who said
there was a man outside her
house, yelling at her and accusing
her of turning in his noise viola­
tion.

said that two of his dogs were
poisoned two weeks ago.

was a false alarm. Two employ­
ees didn’t know they were sup­
posed to call the company if the
alarm sounded.
