New real estate web site
features area properties
David Sykes opens real estate
web site
A new web site featuring real
estate for sale in the Heppner
area, is now open on the
Internet. The web site is being
operated by David Sykes of the
Heppner Gazette-Times, who
recently received his real estate
license, and is working as an
agent under broker Sharon
Lewis of Heritage Land Co.
The site features pictures and
descriptions of homes and
commercial property available
in the Heppner and Lexington
area.
The real estate web site is at
www.heppner.net/hentage, or it
can be accessed through a link
from the Heppner Home Page
at www.heppner.net.
"Logging on to the web site
is an easy way for both local
and people outside the area to
see what property is for sale in
the Heppner area," says Sykes,
who also manages the Heppner
Home Page, the
Morrow
County

site
(www.mcgg.net), and the Bank
of Eastern Oregon web site

If you are planning on selling
your home, business or other
property you can have it listed
on the site by stopping by the
Gazette-Times office, or calling
Sykes at 676-9228 days, and
676-9939 evenings.

educational assignments or study
environment of the student who
initiates the complaint or the
employment conditions of a staff
person who complains. The
complainant, staff or student, and
the student's parents will be
notified when the investigation of
a complaint is concluded.
Sexual harassment is now
defined as "a demand for sexual
favors in exchange for benefits ,"
unwelcome conduct of a sexual

person's ability to perform the
job or
creation of an
intimidating, offensive or hostile
educational
or
work
environment.
Staff must report the
circumstances
of
sexual
harassment to their supervisor or
to the district human rights
officer (school superintendent)
even if the problem is not within
